Please do not remove the rear view mirror tag otherwise their is a $250 fine to replace it. And it's really inconvenient for me. Those guys at the parking structure are shark!!!

**For toll violations, Turo normally charges a $10 admin fee in addition to the applicable fines, as shown in their chart. Luckily, all of the cars I provide are already plated with Fastrak! If this occurs, I can simply send you the bill later, or if you prefer to pay cash, please do so to avoid any hassle in the future. Thanks.
**All of our cars are Pet Friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along! All that we require for this convenience is a quick wash and vacuum fee of $35 to make the car good as new again after your trip.
On Thursday we arrived to the vehicle and spent almost one hour trying to work through the glitches that were occurring with the remote hand off and also with the app. There was an address given to us on the app, and there was also another address that was provided to us by Logan via a picture on Imagurl that was hard to identify and eventually was not the correct location. While enroute to the first location given to us, this was very inconvenient and costly as we had to change our routing with out Uber driver. After messaging Logan multiple times, he finally provided to us the exact location of the car. Once receiving access inside the car, it was noted that it had not been cleaned from prior users. We discovered garbage in the side door pockets such as empty coffee cups, stains left behind on the seats, contact cases on the passenger side floor, and what seemed to be food/beverage spills in numerous locations. During the rental, the front Horton the passenger side would come detached from the car itself and would drag on the ground causing us to stop and reattach the bumper. We noted that no damage occurred, however, we strongly suggest that maintenance be required before another rental as this may be a precursor to any accidents that may occur. With the rental there were instructions, however, the instructions were clearly outdated and did not provide the most detailed explanation for the return of the car. I had asked Logan if it was required to fill up the car before returning it, since it was not mentioned in the document we received or anywhere on the rental agreement; I never received a response from Logan. Logan did not agree with where the car was returned to the location I dropped it off at. I retuned it to the location specified in the app, however, he wanted me to return it to the place he messaged me. However, the return location was never agreed to change from the location that was provided on the app. I recommend that Logan changes his pick up location on the app and also updates his rental document instructions since they are outdated.
Of the worst experiences I've ever had on my donor. My car was shut off one day into the trip and it forced me to use public transportation while I was in San Francisco. The owner then became frustrated with me because he felt that I should have called him. I tried to call him multiple times and his response back was that he was sorry because he was busy in a meeting. When people rent cars while on vacation they just want everything to be smooth and that wasn't my experience with this owner. I would never rent from him again nor will I recommend anyone to. His car was dirty and it doesn't look like the picture posted.
Great communication. Car worked great. Very easy to pick up and drop off. Except the brakes really need some work. Any downhill and the brakes definitely show wear and instability. They should be serviced immediately.
