This is a 2015 Accent. This car is in good condition, and will get you to wherever you need to go! This car has the following features:

Gas: Gas will always be full when you rent the car and should be full on return. If the tank was not full on pickup, please fill it up and we will refund you the difference - we really appreciate it!

Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return, no problem. We will pay for a valet to service the vehicle and fill up the tank for you. Their standard charge is between $25 - $50 depending on the location of the vehicle + the cost of gas. Returning the vehicle without a full tank will void our 15 min grace period for returns.

Toll: For tolls, you can prepay the toll, pay cash or go through Fastrak. If you go through Fastrak with our vehicle, you will be billed $10 for the toll. If you do not inform us about toll crossings through Turo messages, you will be billed $35 for the toll. Please let us know via Turo Messenger with the tagline "I had X tolls crossings for this trip" so we can take care of these tolls in a efficacious manner!

Tickets: If you get any tickets during your rental, please pay them off yourself. If we receive a ticket in the mail that has not yet been paid, we will pay the ticket and charge you the full amount + $25 processing fee. If you get pulled over, the vehicle registration and Turo insurance cards are located in the booklet in the glove compartment. There are many insurance cards located in the vehicle, please make sure the one you use says TURO on it.

Cleanliness: Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. No smoking or pets please, thanks! If you do smoke or have pets in the vehicle, you will be subject to the maximum $250 fine. If the vehicle is dirty when you pick it up, please ask us about our Complimentary Carwash (exterior only and only available at certain locations)!

Parking details
Parking:

Car is located in a garage at 444 Stockton St San Francisco, CA - you can enter the garage on Bush Street between Stockton and Grant Walk or take the elevator downstairs to floor #6. The car lives on the sixth floor of the Sutter/Stockton garage. To access the car, enter the garage at 444 Stockton St. Go to the 6th floor, area M. Area M is marked by green-colored columns. The car will be in a designated Getaround spot, with a large purple sign and a smaller tow-away sign. It is a 24-hr lot and is always open.

Please use the garage card to exit and enter the garage. Do not take a ticket when re-entering.

If you can't find the car and can't reach me, contact Getaround at 1-866-Getaround (438-2768) - they can help to provide the exact location of the car.
Delivery details
We will deliver the vehicle to anywhere in San Francisco during regular business hours 9am-5pm Mon - Sun. You are expected to communicate with us at least 12 hours before hand to establish the exact time and location of the delivery. We will always reach out to you 30 minutes before the delivery to confirm details.

We reserve the right to return the vehicle to its original location in the following scenarios:

Time change
Location change
No-show after 20 minutes
No response upon receiving confirmation text

*In certain situations when we cannot make the times, we will offer to send you an Uber to the vehicle. Otherwise, you will be responsible for getting the car at the home location if you miss the pickup windows or do not confirm the delivery.

Can I smoke?

Can I get to the vehicle early?
We allow you to get to the vehicle up to 15 mins early, but only upon request - sometimes a renter has the vehicle before you and it will not be ready.
Can I return a vehicle late?
We allow for a 15 minute grace period, but after that, we will be charging the standard Turo late fee of $50/hr. We prefer for renters to use the rental extension feature in their app.
