Sparkfun (that's my car's baptized name) is a convenient and comfortable ride - perfect for day trips or running errands.
The car is in good condition and has great gas mileage (31mpg in the city / 41mpg on the highway). It has a USB charging port and is Bluetooth/AUX enabled (AUX cable included) so you can enjoy your favorite tunes on the road. The back seats fold down for extra storage space.
The car has a dedicated parking spot at a garage on 5th and Mission, which is conveniently located in downtown San Francisco close to the Powell St BART/Muni metro station.
Please no smoking or pets, and kindly refill the tank with regular gas at the end of your trip and leave the car in a clean condition.
This car comes with a remote unlock feature. This means that you won't have to schedule a time with me to hand over the keys. Just walk up to the car, upload a few pictures to the app, and the car will unlock itself!

Victor was a great host, very clear instructions on how to pick up and drop off the car. I appreciated that aspect and would definitely drive his car again. Best part of Turo was not having to go all the way to SFO to get a decently priced car for the day
The car was great and drove well. I used the car for a road trip, so I spent longer in the car than most people likely do. Handled really well and got good gas mileage. The audio system in the car is a bit of a pain. In order to activate my plugged-in iPhone to play music, I had to use the voice control button every time I got into the car. It can get annoying if you're getting in and out of the car a lot. But, Victor was quick to respond when I couldn't figure it out.
You also have to take a bunch of photos to get into the car and then more when you return it. I've never had to do that with Turo before, but perhaps it is the rule with remote entry cars? Just be prepared to take a bunch of photos and get a lot of automated text messages about the car.
The car itself is in good shape. It looks and feels new. Very fuel efficient. Victor wants the renter to use the Turo app to take pictures before the car unlocks remotely. I was having trouble uploading pics onto the app, so I called Victor and he just had me send him the pictures. I really appreciated how he was easy to get ahold of and how flexible he was in getting me on my way. If I can get the app to work, I'd definitely rent from Victor again.
