**All of our cars are Pet Friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along! All that we require for this convenience is a quick wash and vacuum fee of $35 to make the car good as new again after your trip.

To speed up your pick-up process, please upload a copy of your driver’s license into the trip photos as well as the licenses of any other possible drivers. All you have to do when you arrive is take the following photos: 1) Front 2) Passenger Side 3) Rear 4) Driver Side 5) Close-ups for any damage that is larger than the size of a quarter coin.
Even though I will do the pre-checkin for every car but just in case, so right after I can verify your driver license. Then I will unlock the car for you and you'll be on your way to the best, smoothest driving experience!

Everything was great except that an hour before my scheduled return, the car wouldn't start. I had to jumpstart it in the middle of SF busy street. Roadside assistance was up to an hour away and would've missed my flight. But things happen with cars, so I'm glad everything turned out alright. Otherwise all good
Don't rent with this guy. He's operating a fleet of vehicles and you won't meet him in person; instead you'll go to a pickup location. He asks you to upload pictures in the Turo app and after some time a "bot" remotely unlocks the car.
On the second day of rental, the car wouldn't start and we were stuck outside of town. Ultimately the reason was that the bot thought I was dropping off the car because I had taken "more pictures than I was supposed to."
But to us it just looked like the engine was dead, and the bot didn't tell us anything. I tried calling the owner multiple times, on each phone number listed, and I didn't get an answer for one or two hours. I was forced to call the insupportive Turo customer support.
Last, the car was dirty, the armrest broken, and there were several large scratches.
This guy is a crook!!! Do not rent with him! On initial request to rent his car I put very detailed itinerary notes and clearly stated the drop off of the car would be at my downtown hotel. He agreed to the itinerary. While I had his car and tried to confirm he would meet at downtown hotel, he refused to and told me the only place he would meet would be for me to drop car off at SFO airport. He was emphatic that he would not come downtown. Should we drop off at SFO it would have ate hours out of our time, cost us $40+ in taxi costs to go back to hotel!!! The car was dirty, have texts from him saying he couldn't get it cleaned. Major issues with car not working and defective, texts telling us back seat was broken. His state tags were expired, explain to a cop it isn't your car when he rights a ticket for driving illegal vehicle.... list goes on. We ended up calling Turo directly when Logan refused to pick his vehicle up at the predetermined downtown location. Turo had car towed from hotel. Logan claims to have 30 cars listed on Turo, he games the system knowing all the tricks to gouge the renter! Buyer beware... you have been warned!!!!

My first Turo rental with Logan and it was a great experience. Exchanged/rental was smooth. Reggie (his friend) went above and beyond to make sure everything went well-GREAT. I'd definitely rent again from Logan. Love driving the Fiat! Only one problem--i did not have to use, but windshield wipers needs to be replaced as the strip was flying while I was driving on freeway can be bothersome. Otherwise great like service! Thank you.
Great car I love driving Fiats a lot -however this car needs some simple matinence .I also almost got hit with the trunk door because the lever to the hatchback no longer works.its a heavy door and I'm lucky my friend was there to catch it from smashing into my head..so aside from that it was cool
The car is very convenient, easy to park, clean, fast perfect for city chores or a trip out of town. Lihn has been great to deal with. I have rented the car for one week initially ten extended for another two weeks.
Logan has staff to help him with the transaction. He's extremely responsive, reliable, and accommodating. Pick up and drop off from airport saved us lots of time from having to to wait at car rental counter. Highly recommended!
