Parking details

My car is parked in the garage at 825 Sansome St. Entry and Exit: Please enter the gate to the right of main entrance. Look for the purple Getaround signs on the third floor. Proceed to the third floor by driving up the ramp and park in any available space. Be mindful of other Getaround cars, and do not block another car in. If the gate is closed, please use code #0420 on the keypad to enter the garage after hours. To exit by foot or by car the gate will automatically open. Open 24/7, 365 days a year. You'll find the key located in the sun visor organizer on the driver side, please return it there at the end of your trip.

Guidelines

Keys: I do remote key handoff. I will require your drivers license and photo per Turo terms - https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001847347-How-do-remote-key-handoffs-work Gas: Gas will always be full when you rent the car, please let us know if it is not full. We also expect you to fill up the gas tank when you are done using the car. There will be a $25 inconvenience fee on top of any missing gas (this is in addition to whatever fees Turo may charge). Mileage: Please track your own mileage and report overages and send me picture of the odometer before and after your trip ends. If you go over on mileage you will pay the standard Turo rate for mileage overage ($0.75/mi). Toll: For tolls, you can pay cash or go through Fastrak. If you go through Fastrak with our vehicle, you will be billed $4 processing fee plus the price of the tolls. If you do not inform us about toll crossings through Turo messages, you will be charged an additional $25 inconvenience fee for processing the toll. Tickets: If you get any tickets during your rental, please pay them off yourself. If we receive a ticket in the mail that has not yet been paid, we will pay the ticket and charge you the full amount + $25 processing fee. If you get pulled over, the vehicle registration and Turo insurance cards are located in the booklet in the glove compartment. There are many insurance cards located in the vehicle, please make sure the one you use says TURO on it. Cleanliness: Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. No smoking or pets please, thanks! If you do smoke or have pets in the vehicle, you will be subject to the maximum $250 fine.
