yes all my cars are equipped with fast track (license plate registered), you must tell us upon return otherwise there will be a $10 fee added on top of the toll fee.
Another option is to pay it yourself by cash or online (you will need the license plate)
Where do I park the car upon return?
This car is street parking when you return it, the original location may not have spot but there will be many around the block.
Please read the sign (street cleaning) before you park the car.
As per turo requirement you must park it where there is cleaning for 24hrs.

To be fair Scott was amazing all throughout but the experience with the car was horrible. 1) Street parked in a shady ally. 2) Car has a lot of wear and tear. It's not well maintained. Looks like an old car. Was not clean either. Wanted to cancel but turo would have charged for the whole rental. 3) A/c was not working on a warm day. It just killed all the fun. 4) Turo support was amazing as well but only if you escalate the call. The first responders were firm and rigid.
When we picked up the car it was nice, he brought it our building a few blocks from the default meeting points, however it's wasn't full of fuel something that is tricky if you have to return it as you found it, in our case we just left it full.
The car is as described and it's a nice car, but inside it was pretty dirty but something you can deal with if you are not very picky, however if you are driving over night then there is a problem, the windscreen is very dirty inside which makes very difficult and even dangerous driving over night.
The biggest problem was when dropping off the car and what happened after that. In the LAST MINUTE he asked us to return the car to a DIFFERENT LOCATION much farther from the meeting point and even farther from our building, OK, he gave us the address and we went there, it was supposed to be his placed turn out to be a street with no people living and with a very dreary aspect in general.
In the VERY LAST MINUTE where we were at the location he told us it would be an UNATTENDED DROP OFF, all the communication was through TEXT MESSAGES, he gave us instructions to leave the car parked and told us to take a taxi to get back home.
TWO DAYS AFTER RETURNING the car he messaged us saying that the car got a TICKET (the ticket was FROM TWO DAYS AFTER DROP OFF) because of parking facing the wrong way, a rule that depends on the state (and obviously on the country, we are foreigners, that same morning I told him that it was my first time driving in the country and asked him to tell me any specifics I should know he said nothing).
As well he told us that the ROOF WAS RIPPED (he picked up the car two days after the unexpected unattended drop off) and send pictures of the ripped roof where the car or the location weren't visible...
He end up charging us an EXTRA $60 for mileage, it was supposed to be $75 but because we ended up taking a taxi he reduced the price.
I don't think Scott is a bad guy but he rents the car with the flow trying to be nice and that can result in unexpected risks and unexpected results, communication should be improved if he wants to continue dealing with the public.
Last thing, Scott: CLEAN THE CAR, specially the inner face of the windscreen.
Scott was courteous and professional. We rented his Camaro for a trip up to the redwoods. He dropped the car off in clean and fantastic condition right to my hotel, and the drop off was easy and quick. 10/10.
Scott was absolutely the best!! We were a little bit late dropping the car off and he was so flexible with our inconvenience. Camaro was a blast, such a fun car with the top down on a beautiful weekend! Thank you so much for a great first time experience!
