I actually had a pretty difficult time with this one. The keys were not in the car: they were with the owner. Which in itself is not an issue - other than the fact that I had to go to the owner on pickup and dropoff 2 blocks away, but it would be awesome to know that before the search took place. In addition, - and this is a criticism of Turo - when I called the emergency number I got a voice menu that had no indication of being able to help me. After trying a bunch of options I gave up. Finally the owner called me back and I was off.
The other item, and this would have been a dealbreaker if I had known: one of those awful air fresheners had been put in the car. It was really really strong and a terrible terrible smell. I removed the thing as soon as I could but the car continued to smell like sacharine chemicals.
All these things can be improved and I trust they will be soon.
Car needed some clean up. Key was not in the car, I had to contact owner to get the key, fortunately it was not too long a wait. Car would get locked after each stop, I needed to call RR hotline every time I wanted to lock or unlock the car. Street parking was ok.
beautiful car, clean, and well cared for. however it was parked four blocks from where it was reported to be. had to call support to track it down so we could find it...
otherwise a wonderful driving experience.

I enjoyed driving this car, however it was extremely difficult to find parking upon my return. So much so, I had to extend my reservation JUST so I could keep looking for parking. That was frustrating.
Lin Lin was a breeze to work with, and helped as we used Turo for the first time. We will be reserving her car again, just as soon as we need it! Thanks Lin Lin.

This car was nice, but had some sort of malfunction wherein it would spontaneously notify me that the gas cap was open, even though it never was! Quite a scary issue. This needs to be fixed asap. Plus, the Turo car would NOT lock and unlock the car reliably - not even a call to Turo staff would work reliably. The electronics need to be fixed!!
This car is great. Only one problem. You need to factor in the location as parking is difficult. It will take 20 minutes, even longer during evenings to find street parking. it took me more than 40 minutes to park the car and I finally found parking in a location that was not on the map I was advised to park the car.
Still had a problem with my card- but i got a new card from inside and from there everything went perfectly. The car was beautiful and a pleasure to drive, and I will definitely be booking it again. Thanks for sharing such a nice ride.
