I don't know what to say but Emil was just amazing. We haven't barely met a nicer guy than him. We booked his car on a very short notice because our original arrangement with an other car rental company was cancelled upon our arrival at LAX. Emil managed to get the car fully serviced ready on the next day. He literally saved our trip. We have nothing but the highest opinion of him. If you are in LA and look for a great who rents out cars, go to Emil! There's no one better around.

Emil was great to work with! We rented his Chevrolet uplander minivan for a long road trip to Yosemite, Vegas, and Grand Canyon. Emil promptly answered our inquiries and also was willing to accommodate us if we have trouble picking up the car. The car was clean, comfortable, and reliably took us where we needed to go. Even when we got delayed by traffic on our way back, Emil was flexible about it. For our first time renting with Turo, we're very glad that we chose to rent from a professional like him!

Like the best experience on renting anything comes from this man! Emil has created us a great opportunity to see the beauty of the south-west America trip! I will start off with communication. He replies fast, and gives a full on descriptive answer anytime one comes up with a question. Even before we started asking questions, he straight up told us all we needed to know about
cars and business we were soon to have. Best at communicating. Let's get to the day of the pick-up. We came to the arranged place, and found out that we have no space for all luggage in the Ford Focus since it was 4 of us and we brought like too many things for our 11 day road trip. Happily it was not a problem since one other car(with a lot of trunk space) from Emil's collection had no booked days for the period we needed. So we actually agreed on deleting the original booking and rearranged a swift change for the Chevy hhr, red beast! Emil took us to one amazingly tasty, cheap and cozy diners,called Mr.D's, where we had our breakfasts, while he went to prepare the car for us. It took only 2 hours, which was perfect because we had our big breakfast before heading off.
So I think this just proves that Emil is super communicative, flexible, oh did I mention his COOL factor? He is funny, laid back, interesting to have conversations with!
When the day came for us to return his car, Emil asked us how are we getting back, and we said uber but he just gave us an advice of actually using the metro line to the city, which was inexpensive! So we agreed on taking metro instead of ubers. He actually took us up until the closest metro station, so that was another great thing he did for our satisfaction.
I just hope we too satisfied him as clients!
I would most surely suggest Emil as a go to person when renting a car!
Next time we're there, we will come to Emil again!
