The car is too old. Break doesn't smoothly work, and not very clean.

The car pickup/dropoff process was smooth and super convenient being next to the Caltrain. Although we didn't meet him in person, Leonard turned out to be really flexible and nice. The car is a pretty old Prius - it's functional and great for grocery runs and not much beyond the neighborhood. That said, it isn't the most comfortable car for slightly longer trips - the suspension wasn't great and we could feel the bumps along the highway. The master lock had a little problem so it was troublesome trying to lock the car (we had to lock each door individually).
Leonard wrote very clear instruction on where and how to pick up the car. It was easy to communicate with him and the car was effective for running errands for the weekend.

Leo is a perfect renter, was flexible when needed and professional in behavior. Things that bothered me were 1. I did not meet him in person while pick up / drop off the car. Car keys location was communicated over the phone and it felt a little weird to say the least. 2. The Air Bag sign was On all the time, meaning this car probably needs a fix for ta Air Bag. The car was pretty old (2002 Prius) and averagely maintained. Felt bumpy on freeways although it served my daily commute purposes well when I needed the most. Not sure if I'll rent this car for trips. All that being said, Leo was very helpful and I thank him for this car I drove for 3 weeks.
I had a flat tire when I rented the car in September 2016. Turo provided the required towing promptly. Although the mechanic could not determine what had caused the flat tire, he did say the tire pressure on the other side was low and the wheel alignment had issues. The mechanic also said the car requires inspection to be deemed fit for driving. My experience upto that point was good with the car except that it sometimes used to shake and groan a little on starting.
Renting from Leonard was great! He was kind enough to drop us off at the airport after we brought back his car. He also responds quickly and is very helpful. The only thing that was difficult was finding the SF Airport kiosk. It's a bit far from the train stations and airports (about a 15 minute walk over the freeway). Other than that, a great experience overall!
Leonard was great, and the car was fantastic. We only had to refill the gas tank once and it cost $30! The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the return at the nearby airport hotel was a bit confusing. They just need better signage and explanation for people returning cars to SFO. And a number for the person in charge would be great too.
