This was my first Turo experience and I could not be happier! I can wait to use Turo again next month in New Orleans. I checked off a bucket list item....driving a convertible on PCH and through a tree! Owner was very accommodating and while process was smooth.
Car was a blast to drive and did us so well until we had a little bit of bad luck with an inevitable problem toward the end of our trip but it was handled as best as possible and everything worked out anyway. Definitely recommend driving this car it was perfect for scenic views and windy mountainous driving!
Nice renting experience. Though one should know this is a little bit aged car and with roof up the interior is full of cracking sounds. But with roof down (you're renting convertible, right?) the ride is smooth and fun.
Steven's BMW made our weekend amazing. The weather was perfect for the top down all weekend. Steven was responsive and so helpful through the entire process. Pickup and dropoff were smooth. Steven and his BMW make Turo awesome!
First time Turo user/renter here and I couldnt ask for a better person to rent from than Steven. He answered all my questions as promptly and he was super nice. As for the car it ran smooth and everything worked well. It was a plus to just pick up the keys at SFO Turo lot then head out (with the top down) and come back drop off the keys--easy as that. For future renters out there whose on the fence about fitting 4 people in the car I will tell you that we were able to fit four adult 5'6", 6'0", 5'3" and 5'2" easily with room to spare. We took the car for a long scenic drive to Monterey and there were no complaints about the space. Taller people can definitely fit in the back for short trips around the corner or so, but I wouldn't recommend long trips with taller passengers. The 10" sub was definitely one of the highlights of the drive! Highly recommended to future Turo users! A+ car and A+ owner!
Steven was quick at responding back, car ran awesome. Rented the car for the week from SFO, it was a fun drive around the bay area. I didn't get to use the convertible top down since it was so cold but I was happy to have that option. Super convenient getting the keys and dropping it off at the airport.
My wife and I were in town for our anniversary and wanted a fun car to zip around in. This car looks good and is a blast to drive! Pick up and drop off at the SFAirport Turo lot were seamless. I highly recommend renting this vehicle.

Great car, great communications, great delivery, great ride, great gas mileage, great drop off.
The BMW we got from Steven was waiting for us on time; it was clean, and completely reliable the whole trip. Steven allowed me to add two other Turo users as drivers during the trip, so we all got to enjoy driving his car.
This was my first time using Turo, and it couldn't have been better. Pickup/dropoff was easy and the car was great. We had a lot of fun cruising around Sonoma with the top down. Would definitely rent this car again. Steven was great to work with as well.
Steven's car made my boring business trip a whole lot more fun! Couldn't wait to get done with meetings so I could drop the top and go for a drive. My co workers thought I was crazy to get a manual in valley traffic, but it didn't take long for them to all fight for who got to ride with me to the next meeting. My only regret is I didn't get to drive it more.
Very nice car, plan to rent it next time I go to SF. SFO lot worked well. Very smooth manual transmission, good power, fun along the coast. Wind during highway driving in front seat was fine with top down and windows up. Great for couples, back seat is mostly for storage or kids for short trips in town. Trunk is small, so my wife's full-size suitcase went in the back seat.
It has 19" wheels and very low-profile tires, so good handling on smooth roads, but it didn't like the bumpy roads in SF as much.
