Cadillac Escalade ESV 2015
We enjoyed our rental SO MUCH! It was very clean and felt like a brand new car. We had some special requests and Mr. Roderick was happy to accommodate. He was fair and it was extremely helpful that he answered every time we called. Next time we need to rent an SUV we will definitely go to him.

Omar was very accommodating. The car was clean, reliable and very fuel efficient. This was my first Turo trip and he made the whole process that much easier. I would definitely recommend This car. When I arrived an hour early he worked with me. I desperately needed a ride to an appointment in Los Angeles and couldn’t figure out how I was going to manage it and get the things accomplished the doctor required prior to the appointment... I already had the app and was approved so I decided maybe it was time to try it. Needless to say it worked out wonderfully. Omar was easygoing, prompt, courteous, and I have to add thoughtful. The car can’t with 2 chargers... one for Android one for IPhone so that he could accommodate whoever rented the car with power and music. He responded very quickly to any questions. The car itself is pretty low-key... stylish but not audacious. It was great on gas, easy to drive, essentially it has all the elements I look for in a car Reliability, fuel economy, space, giddy up when it’s necessary, music and a decent system... Combined with the comfort and ease that Omar added every step of the process. And the price is right... this gem is a steal of a deal.

The car was very smooth to drive. The rear backup camera definitely helps out when parking in tight city parking spots. I got a lot of compliments from family and friends about how modern and cool the car is. Andrew was a great host who helped me get use to all the cool features of the car. He answered all of my questions clearly and I felt like I was talking to a old friend with his friendly attitude. I would definitely rent from Andrew again in the future.

Ector was fantastic throughout, and the use of his (awesome) vehicle made our trip to California a blast. Ector was always willing to accommodate and help us out, which was hugely appreciated. The car itself is fantastic - runs great, tons of fun to drive, well kept, the works. It's sporty and tuned without feeling overly aggressive, so it's perfect for driving the beautiful California coast, especially with the top down. I should note that the engine is a bit loud (it being a mid-engine car) but that's not a complaint in any way, simply "something to be aware of" when you're renting. All in all, Ector was a really nice guy and a great person to deal with - I'd happily rent from him again - thanks man!

I was so grateful for Gigi's flexibility and tolerance towards me. I had some transportation issues on my way to pick up the car, and thus had Gigi wait on me for an hour and half. And when I came back much earlier then scheduled, Gigi also offered me the most convenience on returning the car.
I felt awful for not having a proper time control, but thanks Gigi for being understanding throughout the trip. She's absolutely wonderful!
