This a very solid little hatchback! It has a 5-cylinder engine that gets 32 mpg and at the same time has nice zippy-ness to it in terms of power and handling. You will be surprised with how much it can carry with the seats down. Note: It does have some stains in the upholstery, not an impeccably clean car. I got two bike racks, a single bike rack and a 3-bike rack.

Zach is a nice guy and I was the first customer to rent his vehicle. He did not make sure all was working properly in it. He had failed to check the air conditioning and offered to fix it although I eventually declined as it didn't seem that important. He did request a refund from Turo which has yet to appear although the company claims it was applied Friday, August 22. The link sent which would have allowed me to look at the receipts did not work because my password, which works perfectly on their website, did not get me to these attachments. $83 is still due to me and it appears that Turo is lying to me and cheating me of my money. The same thing is happening to me with a previous vehicle, Michael Chinen's Honda CRV. Please see that rating as well.
Other than that the VW Rabbit I rented from Zach was mechanically sound but it was also very dirty inside and out. I had to clean the dust and gunk around the driver's area just to feel comfortable in it but didn't bother with the front and back mats which were covered in dirt. All of the windows, which were dirty inside and out, had to be cleaned, as well.
