Before you arrive, I will send you a message in the Turo app with a code to access the car key. We are located on E 26th St in a white, two-story house across from an elementary school. The car will be parked on the street near our house.
To access the keys for the car, please enter the pedestrian gate near our mailbox. After entering the gate, walk around the left side of our house and find the key box down the driveway and behind our porch. After grabbing the key, please make sure to close the lockbox.
4 Steps to Return the Car
Get Gas: You are responsible for replacing gas that you use during your trip. There are two convenient gas stations on Fruitvale Avenue near our house.
Park (Legally): Please park the car on E 26th St near where it was originally parked upon pickup. To avoid a parking ticket, make sure to read all posted street signs as our street does have some no parking zones. Please ensure car will be able to stay parked in this spot for at least the next 24 hours without violating parking zones.
Upload Photos: After parking the car, make sure to please upload photos via the Turo app to document the condition, fuel level, and mileage of the car. Additionally, please message me via the Turo app to let me know you have returned the car.
Return Keys: After parking the car, return the key to lockbox using the same code that was sent for pickup.
Pre- and Post-Trip Photos
Before you leave with the car and after you return the car, please upload photos via the Turo to document the condition, fuel level, and mileage. We’ll provide some sample photos.
In the unfortunate event that you get into an accident, please contact Turo immediately (1-866-735-2901) and refer to the insurance card in the glove box. After contacting Turo and taking the appropriate steps, contact Jonathon at 510-379-5937.

Tolls and Tickets
You are responsible for paying all tolls or tickets that are incurred during your trip. Please note that the car does not have a Fastrak unit.
This car is rented frequently, so it is important that you pickup and dropoff the car on time. In the event that the car is not returned on time, you can be charged up to $200. mileage was too short and made it difficult to do regular stuff and not go over the amount and even though Jonathan gave me a few extra miles I still went over and had to pay extraand I only did normal runs. everything else was fine.
Renting Jonathon's car was just as easy as the last time I rented his car. It's a good solid vehicle, well-maintained, spacious (I'm 6'0 tall), has charging and aux features, very convenient all around and I've never had issues with parking the vehicle upon return which is important to me as I'm on the go quite often. Really appreciate this listing, thanks again Jonathon for everything, especially for being so flexible!
Nice to know that I'm not the only one who likes to be on top of things. Jonathon made this rental very easy. I even accidentally showed up too early to begin the rental and he handled it very well!
