Listing accuracy can be improved and better grammatically written. I was charged for what I thought was covered in the bill/transaction on Turo. I was charged for full transportation costs to get the car at pick up location. Therefore, I had to pay for my Lyft ride to and from pick up location, where the car was at. On his profile it clearly stated "transportation costs reimbursed for up to $15 with receipt". I even asked the day I picked up the car if my $15 transportation cost for Lyft would be covered and he said yes. At the end of the ride, we had to break a deal with the toll roads. I prefer if this deal was straightforward and clear from the beginning. There is no reason why I needed to spend more time talking about costs in person, when the transaction was done through the mobile App. He was trying to hustle in person and talk about costs. I'm not about that, if I am using a mobile App. I should of been able to drop off the keys and go on with my life. But after my trip, I was asked for an online reimbursement from Adam for toll roads. Wish this had not been the case.
