Jay was a great guy. Friendly, courteous, accommodating, respectful. VERY helpful! Would definitely rent from him again, and would recommend anyone else to as well. This was my first time renting using this website service, and I admit I was nervous using it, but, I could not be happier that I did, it saved us hundreds of dollars off the other places, Budget, Enterprise, etc... The 2012 Impala we drove for the week was just great, large, full-size car. Very spacious and nice. Ran great. Was an overall great experience for us, and I would not hesitate to use him. Jay was super nice, and a great guy to rent from.
