Prior to your arrival, we'll let you know which car you'll have and clean it thoroughly inside and out. A Turo attendant will greet you at the lot and help with your luggage.

3 is bcz of they gave me the car on starting which is not mailed me nd that car was not good condition later u cld them nd said my problem then they exchanged vth other car If they given the second car on first time I would have rated them vth 5 stars
Was a great car and the staff is really helpful, friendly & professional!
I did request a Toyota Yaris and end up with a VW Jetta, so there could have been clear communication about that and a discussion about a price difference or discount for getting a different car than ordered. Also, the car took diesel gas and has a lower mpg, so it is not as fuel-efficient as I wanted it to be.
And then my car got hit when it was parked, so I had to pay the damages that was over $2,200. It was not clear to me that the basic insurance was a $3,000 deductible. So my recommendation to anyone is to purchase the Premium insurance every time (which is still a $500 deductible). I think there should always be an option for insurance that has no deductible.
Otherwise, it was a good rental, lower prices than most, unless your car gets hit and you have to take responsibility for it!
Im from Hawaii which is a no-fault state, and the insurance for the car you are driving will almost always cover your damages, so this was a new insurance situation that was much less compassionate. Not Turo's fault necessarily.
I was actually given a Chevy volt, but no complaints! The car was very clean inside when I got it, and what a great car! Loved having a plug-in electric; between charging at work and home, I only used 11 gallons of gas all month. Great experience!

Really pleased with our first relay rises experience!
The value for the money we spent was excellent! The shuttle to the lot was important, because it's tough to navigate a new city when you walk off the plane. Knowing the name of our car's owner somehow made it more personal, like we were borrowing it from him! Even though getting our account set up was a bit time consuming from Canada, we'd definately rent again.
It's really easy to reach the Mill Brae parking. I took the Westin free airport shuttle from the airport and then received the car from the hotel's parking. Then after returning the car took the free shuttle again to go to the airport
Great experience overall. The only slight negative I noticed was a funny noise coming from the front which sounded like a fan going out of whack. But that only happened occasionally and didn't seem to affect the car's functionality at all. Will definitely rent again.
We had a very positive experience with Turo from beginning to end. Great communication, and very easy access to the parking lot. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. We will definitely be using Turo again. Only slight negative was that our newer Ford Focus had a rough transmission; probably needs to be tuned by the dealer.
I've rented from the Turo SFO lot at least half a dozen times and every time, the service has been amazing. this particular trip i was ugraded to a Mazda3 great car.. good on gas and zippy on the freeway. Thanks Turo SFO lot...I'll be looking forward to my next trip with you guys.
i ordered and paid for a 2009 car and was told i would have something similar. i ended up with a 2007 honda accord in OK shape, tinted windows, cloth seats and streaky front windshield so i had to keep the vent on the entire trip. the gas in the car was barely 1/8 of a tank which luckily i noticed on time. it was challenging to find out where i was supposed to pick up the car, so i tweeted the company who told me to take the shuttle to the wrong hotel vs. the message i received in my dashboard. luckily i was able to walk to the correct hotel but at the end of a long cross-country trip it wasn't the most fun surprise. overall i probably wouldn't use this service again unless the car was guaranteed. i had several client meetings and should have rented a newer car.
Absolutely amazing. Extremely convenient. Customer service was helpful & always there to assist with directions or questions. Friendly & easy-going. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of renting a car & will certainly use Turo again in the future. =D
The car was great and terrific value. The process was mostly positive. The pickup location at the Westin airport is not clearly marked at the hotel and the hotel staff doesn't know where Turo is. Some increased communication and signage would improve the process.
First experience with Turo. The general experience is very nice and customer service is very good. However there are few things they could've done better.
1. Their check in place in SFO is hard to find especially at night. Usually when people get off the shuttle bus in front of a hotel their immediate reaction is to find the sign around them, not the case here. They settle in this small office in the parking lot with a very insignificant sign facing towards the street, meaning if you go from the hotel which all people do when they get off the shuttle you have no idea that's their office. Interestingly there's a sign for another company (probably their competitor) which is much more obvious. Could be better.
2. The car I got has a trunk full of random holiday skiing gears from the owner, which they forgot to clear out when they drop off the car. The staff in the parking lot was nice enough to help me clear it out, but it is still not the nicest feeling seeing smelly clothing after getting off the plane. In the future perhaps it is better to do a thorough inspection before renting out the car.
I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who's tired of the BS of rental companies. It's great services that doesn't cost much.
First time experience was beyond what I had expected. Had initial doubts and concerns but the whole experience soup-to-nuts was awesome, great customer service, not to mention the free car upgrade which was a nice bonus!! Will definitely use Turo again in my next visits!

I was a little apprehensive being my first time using RR. And I was impressed with their quick responses to my questions. I am so glad I rented a car from RR. Was very easy to get from SFO to lot. Took few minutes before I was on my way. Car was everything they said it would be. And when I returned it I was on my way to airport in just few minutes. And the attendants were professional friendly and efficient. And the savings in money was great for me as a senior. Thank you all at Turo for a wonderful experience. Absolutely Fantastic experience all the way around! In fact, iteally couldn't have been better in any respect. Great value for a Great car. Fast & Easy check-in/check-out by Ben at the Turo lot. And... because he documented everything before and after with pics, there was no issue about the dent/scrape that we only noticed two days after picking up the car. We were worried that it might have happened unbeknownst to us while the car was parked but the emailed receipt with "before" pics showed it was pre-existing damage which allowed us to relax for the rest of the week. THANK YOU! :) We'll definitely remember to do that ourselves next time!
Nice car. No problem with the car. First time with this program, looking forward to use it again.. The only recomendation is to send pictures and actual miles of the car before renting the actual car. I never got it, so I took my owns. Also the actual owner have a Fastrack and I gave it to the agent; so the owner does not have to pay extra charges for toll. I recommend a note box for this kind of situations. Again great car, well maintained.
Great car! Zippy, clean, and great gas mileage. The pick up and drop off is simple, as long as you give yourself around 30 minutes to get to and from the airport. USB and Aux jack is SO nice for road trips. There's more room than you think in that trunk! Thanks Turo!
Shuttle was easy to find and super efficient. Started by renting a Toyota Yaris (subcompact hatch) but was bumped to a Subaru Impreza free of charge. When the Impreza didn't start, the attendant was hugely helpful in getting me set up with another car- an Audi A3! Cheap, efficient, and super reliable. Thanks Turo crew. You made this super easy.
I was waiting in the airport in the car rent garage following the signs of Relay Ride. After several minutes waiting no body showed up. I needed to call them and person on the phone was completely lost and de mot know how to explain me. "Sir you need to get out of there and go to the second floor". Only two days after using the car I have received the review of the car stating that the car has several things inside like GPS, etc and several other personal items. I needed to send an email saying it was with a wrong list. The car was dirty and very smelly. There was no GPS. There was no Fasttrak according to reserved. Finally, when I returned the car, they asked me to sign an iPhone with a message sort of :"you agree to NOT be present to do the review of the car..." Then I told the person I was willing to wait until he sees everything was fine with the car. I think the guy ignored me because I did not need to sign anything later on.
As a first time renter from RR, I can highly recommend the service. They are professional and utterly responsive, even after having taken possession of the vehicle the Airport staff continued to answer my questions.One week prior to my arrival the original vehicle I requested was overbooked. RR offered me another vehicle which was 4 years NEWER than my original booking and with better options. Picking up the car was simplistic, and getting to the lot easy.
super convenient. unfortunately, our flight got delayed and we arrived at the witching hour (2am), so we just hung out at the westin for a bit until the lot re-opened at 4am. we arrived early for drop-off, and they weren't expecting us, but it was no problem. just remember to confirm your pick-up and drop-off times if they deviate from the pre-arranged times.
