Pick-up is available from the SFO Turo lot which is located at the Aloft Hotel, 401 Milbrea Ave, Millbrea or my house at 171 Flying Cloud Isle, Foster City. To get to the Turo lot from SFO take the Aloft/Westin hotel shuttle from SFO. It leaves about every 15 minutes. The lot is open 6am to 10pm.
Please pay cash at bridge tolls. If for some reason you cant, the cars license plates are registered with Fastrack. Just let me know and you can pay me cash or I can request reimbursement later through the Turo app.
The car is not set up to use the new I-580 toll roads in Livermore or San Jose. Please don't use them or you may get a ticket.
Please no smoking (of anything) in the car.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INSURANCE:
When it comes to damages, Turo's insurance is VERY limited, even with premium, in my experience virtually useless for damages under $3750. Be advised that just like a normal rental, the renter is responsible for all damages, lost income etc. Unlike regular rental companies, Turo DOES NOT offer a Loss Damage Waiver. I strongly advise all renters get travellers insurance which will riemburse you Turos deductable or check with their personal auto insurance to see if they cover rentals, and further see if they consider Turo a car rental company. I have never heard of one that didn't but it's worth checking.
Claims covering the deductible will be handled outside of Turo.
This vehicle is not available for trips to Tahoe in the winter months..
Per Turo Policy: All cars shall be returned in the same condition and level of cleanliness as when rented. If you aren't able to clean it before returning, no problem, I can do it. Just let me know so that I have enough time to do clean it before the next rental

Joe is understanding and a great guy to deal with. Will rent again.
Only issue was some cosmetic damage to the front drivers side wheel well of the vehicle prior to my picking it up. The car was fine mechanically and it served my purpose during the trip. I would rent again from Joe but would naturally prefer notice of such issues.
Joe's Prius is a good car, and Joe is a responsible owner. There was one problem, and that's the key fob battery ran low and then went out during the trip. Once it went out, i had to open and lock the door manually and do an extra step to get the car to start. It also took over the control center display and an emergency warning flashed. Not a huge hassle, but an inconvenience. Joe suggested I get a new battery, but I did not want to start messing with his key fob. Other than that, a very good rental experience.
Joe was really great. He texted me even before I landed so that I know where to collect the car. He even came to the airport to pick me up instead of the shuttle to Turo lot. I'll definitely rent with him again.
Joe's Prius was great! He met us curbside at the airport and was very kind. He even allowed us to change the return time the following day so we could catch an earlier flight. Really appreciate it! Would definitely rent again.
Great car. Pickup at the Toro lot was easy. Car worked well and was compact enough to be useful in SF but spacious enough for lots of luggage. I'm not sure if it was the car or my cables, but the outlets for my car charger didn't seem to work.
The car was great for our long drive to LA! It drove so smooth and a total gas saver! The only thing was that I would have liked to have known about the little damage to the left front bumper. Other than that everything was great.
We took Joe's Prius from San Francisco to Carmel and had a great time. From SFO the car was waiting for us at Aloft Hotel, which was easily accessible via hotel shuttle. The car was very clean and had great highway gas mileage driving down.
Joe was also fantastic! He was prompt, flexible and patient as I fumbled through my first Turo experience. He even helped us get to the BART after returning the car. I will definitely contact Joe next time we're in the Bay Area.
Joe was very friendly and accommodating. He was quick to respond to all our messages and our initial trip request. The car was perfect for our trip. Joe was great at working with us for our trip especially because this was a last minute request because our previous reservation fell through with a different company. Turo was great and easy to get a hold of with any initial questions and when we had problems with our account. Overall five stars for Turo, for the trip, for the car and especially for the renter Joe.
