Powai was was prompt and helpful. the car was old had some rattles. Could have been cleaner, wheels had lot of dirt.We wiped the wheels, look better now. Interior was dirty with stains on doors, seats and floor carpets. We wiped down the door jambs. We used spot remover and cleaned a lot of the interior, it looks good now still needs a little more TLC.
We appreciated Powai working with us with returning the vehicle as I did not realize we had to indicate our delivery location when signing up to rent the vehicle. And he was kind to care about the safety of the location my husband asked to be dropped off and recommended a safer location for jogging.
