GETTING TO OUR PARKING LOT VIA LAX SHUTTLE:
***Please be aware traffic at LAX can have extremely high volumes at peak hours delaying pickup up to an hour**
-Text shuttle to (310) 961-4115 <tel:(310)961-4115> once you have landed and picked up your luggage.
-Follow the automated instructions to provide the TERMINAL NUMBER you are located at.
-Please wait for the white Shuttle with the “EMPIRE" logo under the red HOTEL/COURTESY shuttle sign.
After arriving at the Custom Hotel, head directly to our lot which is located behind the hotel.
Proceed to the parking spaces labeled "Valet Only"
A Turo attendant will greet you.

I have had all smooth successful pick-ups and drop offs in San Francisco, Las Vegas, Newport Beach, Santa Barbara, Irvine, and San Diego so far! Pick your destination and I will send you delivery/pick-up price quote.

If you are looking to extend the rental, go to trip details, hit "extend trip" as long as the calendar is open I will approve. No need to call support, just a click of a button.
+To add a driver- Driver must be approved on turo. Go to trip dashboard, select trip, add driver's email address, and voila.
Q.Is this vehicle available? My calendars on every car are updated daily. All reservations are first come, first serve. I do not hold dates as these vehicles book very quickly.
Q. Are you flexible on pick-up / drop-off times?
A. Absolutely, as long as I am informed ahead of time so that I can meet your needs! Sometimes rentals are booked back to back, so please keep me in the loop if you need to extend the rental or can’t return the car on time.
Q. Are you willing to adjust the mileage limits set?
A. Unfortunately, this is not likely. I have set the mileage limits to prevent extreme wear and tear on my cars. I take steps to ensure maintenance is being kept up (oil changes, tire rotation, brake checks, interior/exterior cleaning, etc). Safety & cleanliness is my top priority.
