The car was in terrible condition and nearly broke down, and I haven't received a refund though it was picked up before the end of the reservation. Johad was nice and I wanted to give benefit of the doubt, but the fact that I haven't been reimbursed by him or Turo is unacceptable.
The car had no oil and we needed to add some to it as the engine was heating. He met us at our location and took care of it. He was over an hour late to pick up the car causing us to almost miss our flight. He kept on telling us 10 minutes yet was still not there 50 minutes later. Apart from timing and the oil, the car worked fine.
Top running car. I did have a little trouble with the side mirror adjuster, but that was a minor thing. I got where I needed to go in style and so did my hubby. My boys are happy that they were able to suit up for special needs hockey and gymnastics practice. I can get used to this😊
