We are conveniently located behind the Custom Hotel at 8639 Lincoln Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90045. We are open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. Please give us a call at (310) 227-6998 if you need to reach the Turo LAX team.

Once you have arrived, please proceed to the parking lot located behind the Custom Hotel
If you are picking up a vehicle, simply walk to the top level of the parking lot where a Turo employee will assist you
If you are dropping off a vehicle, drive up the parking lot ramp and a Turo employee will be available to open the gate for you

TURO will reimburse your UBER ride from LAX as their shuttle is temporarily NOT working.

Yes, it is always a pleasure to help our TURO TRAVELERS with extending their bookings, you may do it through the TURO APP or contact the owner directly 212-444-8988 (subject to availability).
Should I pay for any parking tickets and toll violations that I receive on my trip?
Yes, please pay for any parking tickets and toll violations that you receive and upload proof of payment on your TRIP PHOTOS to avoid any additional fines and penalties.
Can I drop-off the S-class in San Francisco, Las Vegas, San Diego?
Yes, for a nominal fee, I offer one-way rentals between LAX and your desired location (vice versa) for rentals of 1 week or more.
What if I need to go over the mileage allowance?
No worries, if you exceed your mileage allowance TURO will bill you $1.50 per mile for any additional miles used.
What type of GAS should I use to fill the S-class? and do I need to fill the gas tank when returning?
Yes, Premium unleaded gasoline 91+ Octane. You need to replace the GAS to the level it was at when you first took delivery of the S-class otherwise TURO will charge you to replace the GAS that was used on your trip. Please show your receipt to the TURO lot attendant when you return the S-class as proof of premium GAS 91+ used.
Do I need to wash the S-class when returning?
Yes, please return the S-class washed inside and outside including the wheels and tire dressing. Otherwise TURO will charge you the $25 cleaning fee.
