- Any rental over 1 week rental is FREE.
- We can accommodate anytime but you must provide 24hrs notice. We will try to accommodate as much as possible
- This is a very convenient and hassle free service!

- Please return the car in clean condition.
- NO SMOKING! We will charge $300 to get the smell out the car.

24hr notice must be given to ensure the car is freshly washed and vacuumed for your pick up. TURO LAX lot needs this 24hr notice. They can sometimes do it with less than 24hrs notice. Just inquire when booking and I will check.

Shuttle service from LAX Airport to the Turo Valet lot

International phone numbers: Please call us at (310) 227-6998 to request the shuttle.

The LA lot is open from 6:00 am to 10:00p m every day.* Complimentary shuttle service is provided by the Custom Hotel. The shuttle runs every 45 minutes, and requires that you use their automated system to request your ride. Please note that traffic in and around LAX may delay your pick up during peak hours. Please give us a call at (310) 227-6998 if you need to reach the Turo LAX team.

Once you have arrived at LAX, please text "SHUTTLE" to (310) 961-4115.
When prompted, text the terminal number where you are located, and the number of people in your party. (For example: Terminal 3, 2 people)

Please wait under the red “Hotel and Courtesy Shuttles” sign on the arrivals level. Click on the link provided by the automated system to track the shuttle. Look for the white van marked “Custom Hotel”.

Once you have arrived at the Custom Hotel, proceed towards the back of the property to the parking spaces labeled "Valet Only"; a Turo team member will be there to assist you.

If you have to wait longer than 15 minutes please call us at (310) 227-6998 and we will do our best to pick you up sooner.

*If you think that you will not be able to pick up or drop off the car during business hours, please contact the owner so that they can make different arrangements to meet with you.

Am I required to clean the car?
To continue keeping my pricing competitively low I ask that you return the car vacuumed and hand washed. If you do not have time or do not wish to do some please expect an extra $25 charge. You must notify me 24hrs prior to return so that I have enough time to get the car cleaned for the next renter. This is to only cover the cost for TURO lot to do it. You will be charged $50 for any excessive cleaning such as animal hair, food stains, water stains, or excessive mud in which we have to shampoo the mats. Any excess damages and stains that cannot be removed will be reported to Turo. Please don't forget to refill the car with premium gas to avoid a refill fee of $30 plus cost to fill the tank. You must show proof and have the receipt in hand of refueling. PREMIUM GAS ONLY. You will be responsible for any negligence or damage associated with the vehicle.
