SHUTTLE DIRECTIONS TO THE TURO LOT
The Turo LAX lot is open from 6:00 AM-10:00 PM. Complimentary shuttle service is provided by the Custom Hotel. The shuttle runs every 45 minutes, and requires that you use their automated system for to request your ride. Please note that traffic in and around LAX may delay your pick up during peak hours.
Once you have arrived at LAX, please text "SHUTTLE" to (310) 961-4115.
When prompted, text the terminal number where you are located, and the number of people in your party. (For example: Terminal 3, 2 people).
Wait under the red “Hotel and Courtesy Shuttles” sign on the arrivals level and a white van marked “Custom Hotel” will pick you up. You can track the shuttle by clicking on the link provided by the automated system.
Once you have arrived at the Custom Hotel, proceed towards the two story parking structure towards the back of the property. A Turo LAX team member will be there to assist you.
Renters with international phone number, please call the Turo LAX team at (310) 227-6998 in order to request the shuttle.
My trip started out with a little hiccup but only at fault of the renter before me. They returned the car several hours late and had smoked heavily in it. I called Matthew regarding the whereabouts of the car. He offered me another one in case I was in a hurry. Thankfully right at that time the one I rented pulled in. None of this was Matthew's fault and he was able to provide me with a solution in the meantime which was much appreciated on Christmas Eve. I LOVED the car. I've never been a Mercedes fan but man this car was really wonderful, especially for a rental. The whole process was just as easy as going through a major rental company EXCEPT, I got a way nicer vehicle for half the price of a certain major rental company that apparently price gouges for the holidays. I would definitely use Turo and Matthew again when I return to California and I will be back. I was new to Turo and I owe a great first experience to Matthew. Thanks again!
