Is the car fully maintained? How do you maintain it if I want to rent more than a month?
Yes, every 3000 miles we do the oil services (change oil/filter etc), top up all the fluids, and inspection. For month long rentals, We change the oil and service right before the rental starts so that you will have a fresh oil and fluids top up for your long rental.
If you want to rent longer than a month, we ask that you would give the car back for at least a day so that we can do the service on the car for you. For that one day we will either replace you with a different car (same level such as another Mercedes or BMW) or we will work with you to see however you want to arrange it!
We want to make sure our cars that we provide are top notch service and in perfect running condition for you and we hope that you understand!
Again this is only for customers who are looking to rent more than one month and beyond~
Do you accept the service animal/s?
Yes, we fully comply with ADA and your service animal/s are welcome.
We only ask that if you like your service animal to come onboard, please let us know in advance so that we can give you pads/blankets etc cover the leather.
However, please keep in mind that you (the handler) are responsible for any damage that your service animal may have done to the car.
Do I need to clean the car before returning?
We do not require you to do the cleaning or washing. It is included in our service.
However, we ask that you keep the car at least to reasonable conditions. After all this is a Mercedes and it is not supposed to drive on the beach or off road in the desert~
That being said, excessive dirtiness will be charged up to $250 fees

Can I take the car for a cross country drive?
Technically yes~ but I would not recommend to use C300 for a cross country drives~ I will have no choice but to charge for the miles ~after all this is a luxury sedan~
However, we offer brand new or near brand new SUVs for cross country drives and we can discuss about the miles and the days.
