The car was beautiful yet Joseph didn't not follow turo rules by inspecting the car with me. He tried to blame a minor scratch on the front of the car on me. The scratch was there from the get go. When i told him its been there, he replied that he has pictures. Then realized he doesn't have pictures ( hes supposed to) and that i was right. The car is a little stiff and old. Their pick up service from the airport was nice and convenient. Punctual they were, but when i tried to reach out to return the car early cause of my flight (2 days calling him w/ no responce) no one would pick up the phone nor respond to my text. Forcing me to delay my flight, even tho i told them about my early return from the get go. Does seem like a rental company joined turo since i never meet the car owner, only their workers. I dont smoke but on the bright side it had and ash tray and smelled like cigs if that something your looking for.
Good when we picked up the car, worked fine, But he made me miss my flight because he told me he'd drive me to the airport from the drop off spot and told me very last minute to get an Uber instead. Unprofessional.
