No smoking or pets please (including service animals). If you cannot abide by either of these two guidelines, you will be charged a $250 fee.
Also note: Car will always be given to you clean and with a full tank of gas- please return the same way. If it is returned filthy, a $25 fee will be accessed to cover a basic car wash. If it is returned completely damaged (I.e. Vomit, torn seats, etc, I will charge you accordingly). Also note, if gas tank is not full when returned to me, I'll charge for the remainder of the gas to be filled plus a $5 inconvenience fee. Please only put PREMIUM GAS if filling up instead of paying me for it and provide receipt.

What additional fees are associated with your vehicle?
Additional Mileage Fee: $0.75 per additional mile driven
Late Return Fee: $50/hour, up to $200.
Gas Fee: Cost to refill + $5 inconvenience fee
Toll Fee: Cost of toll (including governmental charges)
Ticket Fee: Cost of ticket (including governmental charges)
Cleaning fee: Up to $250

What type of gas does this vehicle use?
Premium (91) ONLY. If refilling gas yourself, please provide owner with receipt. Any driver that does not provide proof of receipt is subject to a $50 fee to cover future maintenance due to lack of care.
How does Turo Valet work?
Turo Valet works out of LAX airport. Anybody coming in to or out of LAX can use Turo Valet as their pickup destination.

We are conveniently located behind the Custom Hotel at 8639 Lincoln Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90045. We are open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. Please give us a call at (310) 227-6998 if you need to reach the Turo LAX team.
Once you have arrived, please proceed to the parking lot located behind the Custom Hotel
If you are picking up a vehicle, simply walk to the top level of the parking lot where a Turo employee will assist you
If you are dropping off a vehicle, drive up the parking lot ramp and a Turo employee will be available to open the gate for you
Shuttle service from LAX Airport to the Turo Valet lot

The LA lot is open from 6:00 am to 10:00p m every day.* Complimentary shuttle service is provided by the Custom Hotel. The shuttle runs every 45 minutes, and requires that you use their automated system to request your ride. Please note that traffic in and around LAX may delay your pick up during peak hours. Please give us a call at (310) 227-6998 if you need to reach the Turo LAX team.
Once you have arrived at LAX, please text "SHUTTLE" to (310) 961-4115.
When prompted, text the terminal number where you are located, and the number of people in your party. (For example: Terminal 3, 2 people)
Please wait under the red “Hotel and Courtesy Shuttles” sign on the arrivals level. Click on the link provided by the automated system to track the shuttle. Look for the white van marked “Custom Hotel”.
Once you have arrived at the Custom Hotel, proceed towards the back of the property to the parking spaces labeled "Valet Only"; a Turo team member will be there to assist you.

*If you think that you will not be able to pick up or drop off the car during business hours, please contact the owner so that they can make different arrangements to meet with you.
