That parking close by to LAX-International Airport. 🚨 Turo Valet Services will give you the opportunity not to worry about the time of our meeting - you will be independent of me and will be able to pick up your car at any time after your trip begins when it will convenient for you, but during the Turo's Valet parking office working time! ⭐️ Because of this parking under a Turo Valet Parking Lot Services responsibility, you will get the key and car there. The Turo's Valet Guys will be bring you there by a free Uber ride from LAX-International Airport. Or you can take a taxi ride by yourself and they will be reimbursed to you the cost of your trip (Just show them your receipt of the taxi ride). ⭐️ They OPEN DAILY from 6:00am to 10:00pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please take care of the car and return in the same condition given - the guest (you) have to "...return the car in the same or better condition in which they (customers) originally received it. (From Turo Cleaning policy)." . If drinks are spilled, please clean it up, if you go to the beach - good for you 😊 - totally get it, but, please, after clean out the sand by vacuumed.   • • Will car come activated with toll pass?
    Unfortunately, none of my cars are equipped with toll pass. Please pay all the tolls upon passing them. Thank you for your understanding.
  • • Is there smoking permitted in the car?
    NO SMOKING, or ANY E-cigarettes, or ANY type of marijuana smell, or ANY Wipe Smoking Pipe is NOT allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
  • • Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
    A car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same gas level with 89 octanes unleaded fuel. If the gas level is not same upon return, I will charge you for the actual gas cost along with a $15 service fee. Please save fuel receipts for 89 octane gas proof.
  • • Can I not wash the car when I return to the parking lot?
    Yes, you can - it costs $ 50 dollars. To avoid this, order the option Post-trip cleaning in "Extras" for $30/trip - Return the car hassle free, without worrying about cleaning up after your trip. P.S. Does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal.
  • • Do you offer the child car seats?
    We have child car seats available upon request and a limited supply. We cannot guarantee you will get a seat. Please ask for child seat in booking reservation, the sooner the better. Please let us know the weight of your child. This information will help us prepare the right child seat for your children.
  • • Is there GPS built in?
    There is no GPS built in, I recommend using Waze or Google maps. We have extra for $25/trip.
  • • How does LAX Turo Valet Lot service work?
    Once you arrive at the airport you will be texted an Uber link to book your ride directly through the link, or order it by yourself and Turo reimbursement it to you after trip is over. Once you have all your bags and your ready to be picked up you will head to the departures level and request your Uber ride directly through the link provided. The Uber will already be pre-programmed with the directions and address to the cars location. Once the Uber arrives load up your bags and they will drive you to the cars location. When your trip is over the Turo representative will be provide you Uber to take you back to the airport. If you didn't receive the link to Uber for some reason, DON'T BE PANIC OR SAD, just order Taxi or Uber from the LAX-Airport BY YOURSELF, please. The Turo's Valet Guys will be reimbursement your cost of ride on Taxi or Uber! In this case, YOU HAVE TO SHOW TO THE TURO's PARKING LOT your cost of the trip from LAX Airport to my parking lot. Again, please, don't forget (❗️) TO SHOW THEM YOUR COST OF RIDE (❗️) from LAX Airport to the parking lot, if you order TAXI or Uber by yourself (THE RECEIPT FOR THE TAXI OR UBER).
  • • What if my incoming flight is early or late?
    You can't get car early, but feel free about be late - the car will wait to you on the Turo Valet Parking Lot. They DAILY OPEN from 6:00am to 10:00pm 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
