I could not recommend 4 Wheels and Albert more. I came to Los Angeles from NY and was not prepared to step off a plane and just buy or lease a car (It was a very quick but necessary move). But I also could not afford to be without a vehicle. After stumbling upon the car on Turo (after my previous rental was not available), I rented from 4 Wheels but really from Albert.
I did not plan on renting from him for so long but he saved my life, and wallet, here in LA and I rented for nearly 6 months. His kindness, professionalism and flexibility were the best. If I ever have to rent a car again, (if my car is in the shop) it will be through him and I will send ALL of my friends to him as well.
The car behaved like a charm...and almost EVERY visit Albert checked the tires, replaced them, checked the stickers, got emissions tests, put on new wipers...it made me feel very safe and alleviated a lot of worry.
I can't recommend him more...we developed a legitimate bond over all those months. So if you're in a bind, let him help you...even it's just short term, it will be lovely.
If you aren't looking for something fancy, this is a good car. Works very good for its mileage, and Albert will solve any problem with dilligence.
But still, make sure you mention every scratch before renting. I was asked to pay a minor amount in cash, surprising for a car that already has few bumps without repair, and lost half of its painting. He was in his right to ask, even if I don't recall scratching it, it wasn't in the report so it might have been me.
But still these things can spoil what I thought was a very good experience, and relation with Albert. A pity that additional $130 bucks give a final bad taste to 3 months and more than $1500 relation
Great car. If your not looking for luxury and just need to get from A to B with some AC, this is your car. AC worked amazingly cold and the car was Great on gas.
Only downer for me ... The second day I had the car, I went to get in and it had this horrible odor. It seems the cars trunk was wet and didn't properly dry after a cleaning. But none the less rolling the windows down fixes that problem fast!
