Disappointing experience renting from Jacqueline, especially after having read all the positive reviews. Several things were less than appealing. First, the car was listed as having Bluetooth, but it did not. This was an inconvenience, as I need Bluetooth because I do field work as part of my job so safety first. I had already paid money for an uber to the location and had somewhere to be shortly after the reservation so could not just rent another turo. Jacqueline was unwilling to offer it at a discounted rate despite the inaccurate representation of the vehicle. Second, the white hyundai I rented was clean on the outside, but was pretty gnarly inside. The seats and floor mats were visibly dirty and/or tarnished, and there was a musty/smoky smell in the a car - Jacqueline said she would "check it out." Third, Jacqueline forgot the car keys at home and had to return to get them. This was not a problem as these things happen. I was more concerned that, given the mishaps (i.e., inaccurate listing, forgetting keys), she ended up rushing ME to make a decision about renting it because she had "something to do." In the end, I would not rent from Jacqueline again given poor customer service and lack of flexibility.
She checked as I picked up her car even though I didn't. And I've been waiting for days to get my refund but she stopped responding... and Turo is even trying to contact her idk what's going on, we've been talking before and I have our conversation with canceling the trip, I don't understand how could anyone can do this:/

Great Car! Jacqueline was very nice and responded very fast to messages. The car is great on gas and rode smoothly. Will definitely like to rent this car again. It had enough space and was easy to drive.
