The only disadvantage is the hours of operation are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. . so if your flight does not fit into that schedule then there's no way you can get the car -- 99.95% of the time it is cheaper to get into an Uber and than it is to deliver the car directly to you. There are 10 rules we would like you to follow. Sorry in advance if it comes off rude or impolite. Please also go thru the FAQ, lots of helpful info ----------------------------------------------- 1. You will return the car with a FULL tank, or at the level you received it in. 2. You will return the car clean, without any sand from the beach, or trash. 3. You will not smoke in the car. No Cigarettes, weed, or vapes. 4. If you get a ticket, you will tell us about it. 5. If you damage the car in any way, you will mention it to us immediately. 6. If you spill something inside you will clean it. 7. You will put good gas in the car. (91 - Octane Only) 8. You will communicate with us before picking up & dropping off. 9. You will not bring pets into the car. 10. You will return the car on time.


  • Can I extend my trip?
    We are happy to extend your trip as long as there aren’t any other trips booked. If someone else has the car then we will have to honor their reservation.
  • What type of fuel do I put in the car?
    All our cars require 91 Supreme. Putting a lower grade fuel will result in a lower MPG (miles per gallon).
  • Can we eat or drink in the car?
    We don’t mind if you eat or drink in the car, but please clean up after yourself. If you spill something or leave stains there will be a clean up charge.
  • Where do I pick up the car?
    1. Directly delivery at the airport. (may cost extra), my husband or I will drop of the car to you directly at the airport. The best place to meet is going to be the parking structure directly in front of your terminal. We need about 10-15 minutes to start the check-in process. 2. Turo Lot Pickup –(free) You will take a Uber or Taxi to the Turo parking lot which is located within 8 minutes of LAX. You Uber/Taxi trip will be reimbursed by Turo. The Turo lot is open 6am – 10pm. 3. Pickup directly from us (free)– The car is located at my business in the San Fernando Valley. Which is 22 miles away from LAX in the city of Sherman Oaks. All 3 have their pros on cons. I will try to explain some of each. 1. Direct Delivery – Pro : No hassle, no lines, and no headaches. All you have to do is walk outside your terminal and the car is there waiting for you. Con: Sometimes I am stuck in traffic and you are waiting for me to get there. LA has the worst traffic in the nation so it does happen sometimes. If you choose this option please be aware that you might have to wait up to 30 minutes. 2. Turo parking lot – Pro: If you are running late or your flight is late. The car is there waiting for you. Con: Adds an step and sometimes the lot is very busy and there is only one or two employees working which might take an additional 20 minutes. 3. Pickup directly from us. – Pro: Fast, Free, no lines and super easy. Con: Depending on your trip plans, might be out of the way. Also adds a step.
  • Do I have to get the car washed?
    We will appreciate if you get the car washed, but you don’t have to. We do ask that you take all your belongings including any trash that might have accumulated during your trip. If you go to the beach, please vacuum out all the sand. If the car is returned trashed or filthy on the inside, then there will be a cleanup charge. Please treat the car with respect.
  • Can I smoke in the car?
    Smoking anything in the car is not allowed at all. No cigarettes, marijuana or vaping. Any ash, lingering smell, or small particles will incur a cleanup fee of $250.
  • Where do I drop off the car?
    You will always drop off the car the same place you received the car, except in rare cases if we have made prior arraignments. So if you pick it up from the airport, then you will drop it off at the airport. Worst case scenario if you are not able to get a hold of me or my husband then you can leave the car at the Turo Lot. The lot is in the back of the Custom Hotel, on the 2nd Floor of the parking garage. Here is the address: 8639 Lincoln Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90045.
  • What happens if I damage the car somehow?
    Mistakes happen, we are all human. It is understandable, you are in an unfamiliar area with an unfamiliar car. Turo has insurance for a reason. Please don’t try to get anything repaired yourself or try to hide the damage. The cars are fully photographed before and after inside and out. We are in this together, lets figure it out together.
  • I cannot get a hold of you, what should I do?
    Please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate you as much as possible. Sometimes people have booked the car within 1 hour of the end of your trip. We would appreciate a heads up, so we can notify everyone. We generally do not charge a late fee, but if you are late and haven’t communicated with us then there will be a late fee.
  • I am running late what should I do?
    Please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate you as much as possible. Sometimes people have booked the car within 1 hour of the end of your trip. We would appreciate a heads up, so we can notify everyone. We generally do not charge a late fee, but if you are late and haven’t communicated with us then there will be a late fee.
  • What happens if I get a ticket with the car?
    Every case is different. If you get parking ticket, you can pay for it directly, or I will send you a reimbursement request after your trip ends and all you have to do it pay for it. If you get a speeding ticket or another moving violation. You have to handle everything thru the mail. If we receive any paperwork regarding your trip. We will forward it immediately. We really recommend handling tickets on your own, sometimes we do not get the letter in mail until months after and late fees and penalties have already been applied. Save yourself time and money and pay for the ticket online. If you have questions about tickets and how to handle them feel free to ask us.
  • I need roadside assistance, what do I do?
    Please call us first and tell us what is going on. We will be able to respond faster and guide you to the correct viable option. Every car we rent out has 4 different phone numbers inside the glove compartment. Two for Andy, one for Lilly and one for Turo Roadside Assistance.
  • I just booked the car, what do I do next?
    If you are flying in please send us a message with the flight number and airline. If you are picking up the car from us or the Turo lot, then you don’t have to do anything. Just wait until your trip date. The car will always be at the requested location on that date and time. Please double check your pickup location. First time users often don’t select LAX as their location and often adds friction to the whole process. We will always do our best to confirm the pickup location but it is your responsibility.
  • I would like to go to San Francisco or San Diego in your car. Is that okay?
    Yes. Make sure the millage you have is enough, so you don’t get charged for going over. Also going to San Francisco, you will need to cross a bridge. All the bridges are TOLL BRIDGES, which means you need to pay to go over it. But you don’t pay before you go in or after. You must pay via a website. The toll is $8 each time. If you do not pay for the toll then I will get a ticket in the mail for $55, so save yourself the time and money and pay online. All you have to do is go to the website plug in the license plate and pay for it. The same goes for San Diego, only difference is the amount you have to pay.
