PICK UP & RETURN INSTRUCTION.
please call me at 619-279-6928 if you arrive at the airport and need airport pick up. After you call, i pick you up, bring you to where the car is (5 minutes away from LAX). Then you get the vehicle. The same way is the return process. You bring the car to me and i take you back to the airport.
You may also use the Hilton Hotel LAX shuttle for airport pick up and return. Our location is behind Hilton Hotel.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO TURO LAX LOT TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE IS NOT THERE!
PICK UP TIME:
You may pick up the vehicle at scheduled time or later. But, i can not release vehicle before pick up time. unless its changed and approved by Turo.
The only way to extend rental is through Turo and it has to be approved by me before expiration date.
MY OPERATION HOURS:
You can pick up and return the vehicle from me between the hours of 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
I have been in car rental business for over 15 years and I know all ins and out of this business. Including being prepared for unexpected what it happens. My vehicles are all well-maintained and ready for long trips, You can always contact me and will get an instant reply during reasonable hours!

There was an issue an when I was instructed to call him about it he was very rude and dismissive. The issue was bc I was overcharged for the return of the car. I contacted him to see what my options were to return the car after the closed and he directed me to Carlos. I spoke to Carlos (who was very kind) and he gave me dropoff instructions. I asked if I had to go back on Turo to change the return time and he said it was fine bc I already confirmed it with him (so it would be redundant). About 5 days later I was charged a $175 late fee and this guy Jon refused to acknowledge or look into the fact that I confirmed the time over the phone with Carlos (the guy HE directed me to). Lesson learned: Get everything documented or you could get scammed.
The pickup location is very difficult to find. It's a shady little private car rental dealership, super weird. I pick up the car which is filthy --check out the photos --and the gas tank is literally on E; how convenient. The passenger side front seat had a girl's crushed makeup all over the seat (it looked like a blush compact broke and fell all over), the wheel was sticky, the cup holder had some filthy residue in there. I'm not kidding the first thing I did was go to the store and get Lysol wipes. When I picked it up the guy just took my liscence and handed me a key. This car was BEAT up, damage to both front and back bumper, the back door didn't close properly, etc. I was like "um don't you want to go over the checklist of damage?" He acted like oh well if you really want me to. Now I have a notification after I dropped it off that there's damage to the vehicle -- wow go figure. Anyone that makes their living out of turo I feel like has to be a total low life and always out to scam. This was my first and definitely my last experience with turo. The car itself got me from A to B fine, was easy to drive and park and was great on gas. I changed my reservation to drop the car off a bit later than originally scheduled and also chose to drop it at the airport for free since that was an option and I was flying out for the holiday. I text Jon a few hours before my return time asking where to meet him at the airport and he was so rude and not accommodating. He told me I had to drop it at the place I picked it up from and someone would drive me to the airport. I'm like what?! I literally paid an extra $35 to keep the car 6 extra hours and drop it off AT THE AIRPORT. He was mean, nasty and totally unprofessional. Don't recommend at all based on the lack of cleanliness and rude service.
