For my first time using this app I was iffy about it but it turned out to be a good trip. Car looks just like the picture, very clean and no problems throughout the trip. Quick and easy process as well.
Car had some issues and the check engine light was annoying as hell... especially when you're driving through Death Valley! Artsiom and he's employees are mostly friendly and everything worked out we agreed on. The car is cool apart from the little issues it got...

I had a great time with the car. It had some issues that I was hoping would have been brought up to me earlier before I panicked about what went wrong (e.g., the trunk door not staying up, the headlights not always turning off). There was a significant delay in the pickup also because the person in charge that day dropped out last minute.
In terms of professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness, these guys are hard to beat. Would definitely rent from them again.

The car was exactly as expected. Base model V6 Challenger with clothe and no options. Trip went off without a hitch, only drawback of car is terrible MPGs despite being a slow boat.
The owner filed a claim for damages, but failed to point them out when I returned the vehicle. I couldn't move forward with the claims process because I was being ignored and couldn't complete the claims form without being told what was damaged. After numerous attempts to contact the owner and Turo support through text, email, and Web based support: Turo support finally explained what was damaged and provided an image.
I had taken video and images of the damage prior to taking the vehicle, so Turo support quickly reviewed and closed the claim without finding me at fault for damages as they occurred prior to my rental and were clearly evident in my images.
Only after Turo support closed the claim did the owner bother to contact me again. Now he is sending me more images of the damage and saying I am responsible despite all evidence to the contrary and Turo's mediation. I do not appreciate a "professional" that ignores my attempts to directly and personally handle the issue, but suddenly wants to chat AFTER Turo finds me not at fault.
This guy owns dozens of cars and might as well be a full-blown rental service. Really takes the personal touch of Turo away. Quality control and customer service suffer, and he obviously doesn't document his vehicle condition regularly.
Excellent experience with Artsiom. Responds very quickly the emails and was very easy to contact, excahnge cars, pickup and return the Dodge Challenger. Would definitely rent from again.
