We have free delivery to LAX Air or a range of 5 miles from our place in Ktown if you rent it for more than 7 days. Otherwise we charge.

Steve was so great! We booked last minute and he approved quickly and was very responsive. The car was clean and amazing on gas mileage!
There was nothing actually wrong with the car, but when I picked it up it was filthy and smelled. I had to take it to get cleaned and then the driver not only refused to reimburse me for cleaning it but then yelled at me and argued with me when returning the car. He waved the money he owed me in my face and refused to give it to me. He demanded that I clean the car again before returning it with my own money when he didn't even reimburse me the first time. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional and I didn't feel safe around him or the area that I picked up the car.
Pick up and drop off was smooth, great communication, car worked great.
HOWEVER! the car smelled of smoke and was grimy throughout. The windows were really dirty and there were dirty tissues left from a previous user stuffed in the door pockets in the back. I was pretty grossed out, and wanted to clean the car but at the same time felt it wasn't fair to me if I cleaned this car for him.
As a Turo owner myself, I make every effort to give the car a look around and wipe things down for the next driver so I was very disappointed that other owners couldn't do the least. Steve does have many cars listed and I guess people get busy sometimes so I won't hold it against him too much...but I will be honest.
Don't rent from this guy he is an asshole! He wouldn't answer my calls and wouldn't let me pick up the vehicle but yet charged me 😡😡. Turo didn't even reimburse me either. I ended up renting from a local rental company but this completely delayed my trip. I am done with this app! Not worth it at all.
I booked the car at the last minute about 2 hours before I needed a car. He was very flexible and good at communicating. Pick up and drop off was easy. The car was great on gas mileage. I would book car from him again.
