Over all the communication and the car were perfectly fine. It was quite inconvenient though that I only received the ignition key and not the remote. That means that every time I opened the car it started honking and wouldn't stop until I got in and stuck the key in the ignition. Pretty embarrassing when out on a date. Also two of the turn signals were burnt out and it arrived with absolutely zero gas. Less than half a gallon.
Excellent service especially on a late booking. Much more convenient than regular rental car companies. One intermittent minor glitch with the screen of the navigation/sound system going dark; owners promised they will investigate and resolve it. Very happy with the experience all the way around.
Everything was perfect. Car was delivered to the airport on time. The owner called me and after 10 minutes I had a car. Camaro was in very good state. I returned it as agreed, no dramas or any problems, no unnecessary formalities. I trully recommend the renter to everyone. He is a very nice person. It was the best car hire in my life.
So long story short, I arranged delivery at 6am explained that i needed the car for a business trip and he confirmed. On that morning He didn t show up, I tried calling him with no success, I tried booking another car and I couldn t because I was booked with him already. At 6.45 he txts me saying the he fell asleep and he was on his way. At 7.10 I txt him again to see if he was coming, and NO. He tells me to take a uber and go get the car myself because he drove the wrong car to my place ??????????? ( obviously a lie ). i refused to take a uber and I told him I wanted the car right now at my place, so he told me he couldn t do it because it would take one hour. So when I got mad because he refused to bring the car he told me " ok so wait one hour " . At 7.20 he said his driver just got there and will be at my place in 30 mins, he apologized and said he was goint to give me full refund At 8.00 the driver shows up and he told me " sorry it s because of the rain " what?????! His boss just told me he was too lazy to wake up and now it s because of the rain? What sense does that make? So I left for my business trip 2 hrs late. I emailed the company telling them what happened and that I wanted my money back, being lazy is not a good excuse for the renter to deliver poor customer service. Also he said he would give me full refund. The company answers and says that the Renter never promised me a full refund but just a delivery fee refund. Delivery was FREE , what refund should I expect on something that s free? So I let them know he s a liar and sent em screenshots of the whole conversation I had with this lazy fool and where he states i would get full refund. They didn't answer till today and they refunded me the money. It doesnt end here, last night I txted him to make sure he would pick up the car at 6 am like he was supposed to. So he said I can keep the car longer for free, when I told him I didnnt want the car and I needed to work that day at 9 am he said " lets do 8 am? I don't want to wake up early " Worst experience ever, most unprofessional lazy person I ever met.
Everything was perfect from booking, to getting the car and returning it. Zuk I'd a great guy, excellent communication every step of the way. His car is beautiful and a dream to drive. I would highly recommend Zuk and this car. I would definitely hire again with Zuk. First class all the way.
Perfect service, really would rate the service provided and next time I visit L.A. It will be the only way I rent a car.
The Camaro was perfect, and we were met at the airport promptly.
