When I dropped of the car, I mistakenly left a cell phone charging battery / cord and a wireless bluetooth Plastrons headset in the car. I immediately tried contacting the owner and the parking lot attendant. I was not contacted about these items in a timeframe when I could reasonably expect to recover them. Now after almost a week, I still have yet to be contacted. I have lost several hundred dollars worth of property, and although I bear the responsibility for leaving them behind, the very least Turo could have done was contact me. Their customer service is stellar when everything is going well, but when you the renter need them, they completely let you down.

Renting this car from Mary Ann was wonderful. She accommodated me when I asked if I could pick up the car a little bit earlier and also when I wanted to drop it off earlier. She even introduced us to her dog Roxy. Easy fast transaction and I would rent from her again. Highly recommended.
This was my first Turo trip and it couldn't have gone better. Mary Ann was so kind, so helpful, and the car was fantastic. Clean and smelled great, we loved riding around LA with the top down. Thank you Mary Ann, I'll definitely be renting from you again!
