My first experience with turo.
Car was clean and drive was good. But I could not connect my blue booth on his car. His ad was advertised as free delivery and he made me pick up from his location. (Vegas trip) I returned this vehicle 2 days early because something came up. I thought I get some sort of reimbursement for returning early so I contacted the turo support, they said it's up to the owner if I get some money back They have no control to make a claim. Only owners are allowed to do whatever they want. Meaning... if something happens and you have to return the vehicle to owner early, you will not get those money back unless the owner decide to give you the money you already paid. Money is upfront and once you pay, owner can wait until the due date even though you return early. I contact the owner saying, "do I get some sort of money back?" He stated that you can update the trip dates but he need to report the additional miles so he can get paid more. 1 Day rental, you can 100 miles. I rent for 6 days, so I got 600 miles. I returned with 560.4 miles and 4 days. I do not get any money back. If you rent a car, make sure you use up all the days and miles. Only thing I did not like about the owner was, it said "free delivery" instead, made me pick up
