If you're not familiar with the Nissan LEAF the first thing you need to know is that it is an all-electric car. It drives just like a old fashioned gas-powered car, but you will not need to make any trips to the gas station. I plug it in every day and it charges using the solar panels on my roof. I keep the battery charged to 80% normally, if you give me at least one day notice I will make sure it's charged to 100% for you.
At a full charge you will get about 50 to 60 miles, depending on your driving style. If you're going farther you will need to charge the battery to get back home. The quick chargers take about 30 minutes, and I will give you instructions for how to use them.
This car has the HOV stickers so you can ride by yourself in the diamond lanes. Other features include:
* GPS Navigation
* Heated steering wheel
* Heated front and rear seats
* Rear + Multi-View Camera (Front & Back & Sides Cameras
* Eco and breaking mode for extra battery life. The car can travel approximately 100 miles on a full battery charge.
*** 100% FULLY ELECTRIC VEHICLE -- NO GAS NEEDED ***
It's very silent and quick. The cargo space is big, easily fit 3 full-size luggage pieces since there's no fuel tank in the way.
The car is brand new and is the top LEAF model. It has a solar panel that re-charges the 12 volt accessory battery for extra mileage capability. You'll get it freshly cleaned every single time.
Easy access to charging stations where you can re-charge in less than 30 minutes if you are unable to charge at your place of residence.

The Leaf drives VERY nicely and is definitely great for driving around the city and getting in and out of freeway traffic. Ernie and Steve were very accommodating with and we would definitely rent from them again if the car is available next time.
