Communication was good car was reliable. However most people get a Prius because it's good on mileage. With this vehicle you only get 150 a day and a like a dollar a mile after that. Definitely not ideal for a road trip or any distance. Really no major benefit to having a car good on gas when you can't drive more than 2.5 hrs a day in it.
Firstly, this car is a 2006 model, not a 2016. It is completely incorrectly listed. There is no Bluetooth or aux connection, so get ready for radio and CD'ss for your trip. The owner takes car cleanliness above and beyond for this 11 year old baby, forcing you to have the auto washed and detailed before you return it...if you choose to return the car sans wash, he'll most definitely send pics of any bug splatter to Turo support (and then charge you a fee). The car itself drove fine, and was reliable, so there's that. Owner did not know how to use the app when I arrived to rent the vehicle, kept calling me by the wrong name, and then criticized me for not buying premium coverage (as opposed to basic coverage which is default and totally acceptable). He also complained to me about not making any profit off of the rental when I returned it, asking me how much I payed for the whole trip and then messages me later about having to charge for a car wash. My advise? Save yourself a headache and rent an accurately listed vehicle with a less high maintenance owner.
