2013 Nissan SentraBest Car For You's Nissan154.520
This place is pretty misleading and almost threw my whole trip off. The cars are just advertised from Turo but it's a separate company Make sure you have your $250 deposit and also a copy of your insurance. I was given a decent amount of miles for the days but the tires weren't very safe to drive on so I couldn't go as far as I wanted to and also the vehicle had a very weak battery. Returning the car was a pretty smooth transaction I made sure the car was clean got my deposit right back and they offered to give me a ride to the airport. Great customer service just communicate that people will have to have money in Insurance additional to rent.
Was picked up at the airport late then driven in traffic for almost two hours to El cajon where I was also expected to return said car. Turo needs to make it much more identifiable where your renting the car from. The people were okay and this bad experience was mostly the fault of the app.
This was my first experience with Turo and it was a bad one. The car was not clean, and could not be driven over 60 miles and hour without excessive vibration. What's worse, I paid $50 for delivery. But read the fine print with these guys. "Delivery"actually means: pick-up. In other words, they will not "deliver" the car to you, but pick you up and take you to their office and give you the car. When you are done with the car, you have to drive it to their office. Then they give you a ride. In my case, it would have been much cheaper just to take an Uber to their offices since it was 3 miles from where the car was supposed to be delivered. This was a major inconvenience and an expensive mistake. Not sure why Turo allows them to claim they "deliver" cars, but be sure to read the fine print.
We couldn't have been happier with this gas saving Nissan. It was the perfect car for getting around town and finding parking. The owner was great about communicating and accommodating our needs. Five star experience.
