2012 Nissan SentraRamin's Nissan154.513
Great car. Exactly what i needed at a great price! Will definately recommend.
A few things to watch for, The air conditioner worked half the time, the left rear window does not roll down. Loose center console.
Ramon was extremely nice, that's about the only good part of everything. We were given the car with all tires extremely low on air, which had to keep being refilled with one going completely flat. We had our drop-off time scheduled at 8AM and they were not there until closer to 9:30AM, and claimed there was an accident on the freeway. I checked the accident reports and there were none. The car itself was decently clean inside. The entire center console is completely loose because part of the panel is missing. It's obvious the car was involved in a collision. Other than that, the car drove pretty well and gave us no other problems. But, I will not be renting from them again. Ever.
Ramin was very nice overall and was willing to accommodate 2 different pick-up/drop-off sites. When we were picked up, the original car that we had selected had been switched due to a back window not working properly. Fine, I did not think that would be a problem. However, Ramin mentioned that the car alarm *may* go off, but to just turn the car on and it would stop. After getting to our hotel, I noticed the key fob did not work, so I had to manually lock the car. Did not think that would be a big problem, but it turned out that manually unlocking the door set off the car alarm! So we would turn the car on and it would stop, at least the first time it happened. About the 3rd time this happened, the alarm did not turn off! We were at a public beach and had a lot of people staring at us. I frantically called Ramin, but no answer and voice mailbox was full. I texted him and he did call back, trying to tell me things that might help. The alarm eventually went off on it's own after about 20 minutes, but the hazard lights would not go off, so we drove off with them blinking. Ramin had suggested I go to a gas station and replace the key fob battery, which he would reimburse me for, and that might fix the problem. I didn't think that was really my responsibility and he then said he would send someone out to look at it and I gave him the address of our hotel. No one ever showed up to look at it that I was aware of, although he said he had tried calling me, but since no one answered my phone, they decided not to come look at it. This whole situation really put a damper on our short vacation, always worrying if the alarm was going to go off or turn off and I thought Ramin could have done more to fix the situation.
