My trip was terrible. I rented the car for 1 week and it had to be towed twice. I really wish I had went with Enterprise how I normally would. The car broke down 2 days into the week rental and then 3 days later the day before it was supposed to be turned in. I take care of my sick mom and she had to go the hospital Sat. night. I ended up having to take ubers everywhere and catch rides even though I had already paid for a week rental. I feel thoroughly decieved, and hustled. To boot it was my birthday thursday, I guess I should just be happy it ran for my birthday safely. The second time the car broke down it was on the freeway. I had to hop over fences and all kinds of ridiculous to get to a safe place to even call an uber to get home. I would neevveerr recommend this service to anybody. Worst experience ever! I'm just hoping I get reimbursed for this horrible time and had and that they make things right. Completely unprofessional and utterly unbelievable! I wish I could rate this experience with a -2 stars. I'm angry that in order to submit a rating I have to give 1 star. The 1 star isn't even deserved!!!!!!
