Being my first trip with Turo I didn't know how to modify my trip an extra day but Gabriel and I stayed in communication and it all worked out. The car drove nice and smooth all the way from Diamond Bar to Las Vegas and I will definitely rent again if available for future trips.

Renting with Patrick was great. Needed a last minute car and found a reliable one! I mainly used the car for a long weekend to run errands and get around home, work, and school. The rate was reasonable and communication between myself and Patrick in picking up and returning the car was great. I enjoyed renting the Prius and would recommend it to those in need of a car at the last minute or to those who want to save money on gas for a few days.

TURO told me that Yanlin would call me within 45 minutes after making the reservation and I was in an emergency situation on the 4th of July where I needed a car and all car rental places were closed and there weren't any Lyft or Uber drivers near my location. Sucks right! Well Yanlin called me within 10 minutes and even though finding a ride to get to him was a little difficult, he was very flexible and prompt. I will certainly use Yanlin again in the near future and I would highly recommend anyone else to rent from him as well!

Yu was extremely professional for his age. He made the entire experience painless and easygoing. He is quick to respond to any questions you may have and also quick to accomadate adjustments on your trip. The car (mini cooper) was okay, but his ability to go above and beyond for the customer is what makes me want to rent from him again! He offered me and my passenger water and even offered for us to relax in his living room while we waited for our ride to pick us up. I would reccommend him to any and all turo users.
