-Picking up my car is extremely simple
I have an extremely busy schedule so I will communicate via text messages for the most part. If I am unable to meet you, I will unlock the car remotely from my phone application and leave the keys inside the car.
-Returning the car
Return the car from where you originally picked it up from and Leave the keys inside the car. I will lock the car remotely from my phone application after the keys are inside and your trip is over.
Please return the car washed and vacuumed otherwise I will have to charge $25 to have it washed and cleaned.

Rod has been amazing, very understanding and I think fair minded after another driver a accidentally made a slight indentation on his passenger door. I reported it to Turo and to Rod and they have worked quickly to resolve the issue. Other than the minor fender bender my first Turo experience has been good! There was a misunderstanding as to the end date on my part, then Turo doesn't accept prepaid cards, so last minute I had to go get other credit card before 2pm deadline and Rod was so understanding while Turo customer support rebooked it over the phone for me. Rod is the BEST host ever and Turo support raised the bar for what real customer service should be. Bravo both!!! MF Group
