John took was very professional from initial contact , time of rental , and time of return . Every detail was explained to me from start to finish . It was my first time driving a Tesla and he explained everything needed and even took me on a test drive to make sure I was comfortable with everything. The rental rate is amazing and if you are searching for a Tesla on Turo , then Nicholas/ John's Tesla is the choice to make ! I am more than 100% satisfied and will definitely rent again ! The Tesla by the way was the best car I've driven and the auto pilot feature is incredible. Absolutely hands down my best rental car experience ! .... and I've worked in the rental car industry for over 10 years. No need to rent from the big name rental car companies anymore .. Turo is the way to go .. and this is the Tesla you need to Rent !!!

This car was AMAZING to rent, and Caroline was such a pleasure to rent from! Caroline had the car completely ready by the agreed upon time and was very quick with responding! I took the car to Anza Borrego for a camping trip and the car did great off road and was spacious enough for all the gear. My first Turo trip with this car and Caroline was such a great experience and I'll be back to rent this car again!!!

This is a must rent. Beautiful car a real head turner. I have never driven such a machine. It was easy to pick up and drop off. Very user friendly I put my Bluetooth on in a few seconds I had my music going and air flowing. Easy communication with Vivek, would rent again for sure!

First time using Turo. The process was relatively easy. The owner communicated well upon selection of his vehicle, confirming pickup time & on day of drop off. Although I already carry full insurance coverage that cover rentals it was nice to know that the Turo vehicles come with state mandated liability coverage already included and I didn’t have to worry about anyone trying upsale like at a traditional Rental co. I arrived, showed my ID, owner took photos quickly in my presence before & after. It was in & out quickly.

Definitely would rent from Humayun again in the near future.Me and the family loved the vehicle, and we loved how spacious as well as comfortable it was. It was me my wife and 4 kids in which 2 had car seats.His 7 seater explorer is definitely what we needed for our commute.Oh yea I forgot to mention Great sound system, Smooth ride and really great on gas.
