Very unprofessional, bad customer service. Upon reserving the Audi I called, texted, and left messages through the app with absolutely no response until just hours before pick up which completely had me on edge. Unfortunately I couldn't cancel to rent through another person because I would have still been charged the full amount. When I picked up the car it wasn't filthy, but the outside and the interior was not the cleanest. The car's "service due" light kept coming on and there was about less than a quarter of a tank of gas. Other than that, the car ran very well and it was a nice fun little car. Very smooth ride and comfortable. Today when I took the car back, Romel was nowhere to be found. I kept calling, texting, and Turo messaging him...again with no response. I waited for 10+ minutes outside on this very hot day with my 8 year old daughter. I took the car back with half a tank of gas and washed. Romel never showed up and my Uber was going to leave because he had been waiting with me and so I finally had to leave with the key hidden on the car.
The dash said that the car needed maintenance and there was only 1000 miles of adblue in the diesel so we were forced to conserve on our mileage.
And when we received the car, the interior was kind of dirty on the floor mats.
But other then the safety concern of the lack of adblue, maintenance, and dirty floor mats Romel himself was very kind and made the reception and drop off of the car very easy. Would use again, hopefully with the car maintenance and with a full tank of ad blue.
