The car was amazing, far above what I expected. Everything went great and there were no problems with it. I definitely enjoyed driving the car for the day. Reza was very kind, polite, and made the process of receiving and returning the car easy. I would definitely recommend him if anyone is looking to rent a car.
My trip with Reza Sadatkhonsari in his Ford Focus was beyond deplorable. We were under the impression we would be dropping the vehicle off at 6:00PM on Monday, April 17th, as our flight out would not be leaving around 10:00PM. On Monday we received a call around 3:00PM from Reza asking where we were we should be dropping our car off at 3:00PM and that he had emailed us the previous day. We explained to him that we had no service and absolutely no access to email and that we had thought we were dropping off at 6. We told him we were driving currently and we could be to him by 4pm. He was very rude and and hyped up on the phone repeating he had to go to Calabasas we needed to be there, he needed to bring another car to someone else. Again, we continued to explain to him that we were in traffic and we would drive to him as quick as possible and be there right about 4, but there was nothing more we could do and we apologized for the miscommunication. Finally he stated he had to get to Calabasas and that he would be back and to meet him at 6:30PM and he would email us the location. We asked him if he would please call us a half hour beforehand.
Reza did call us a half hour beforehand. We told him that we were on the road to him and bringing the car to him and our estimated time of arrival. He was rude on the phone, but we would be there. As we got close to the airport location we called him again and asked him if he could give us a more detailed description of where he was because it was outside of the airport terminal areas and we were having a hard time finding exactly where he was. He was extremely rude and yelling at us and yelling he sent us the email. We responded that we understand he sent an email but we still could not locate him and asked if he could help give us a more descriptive guidance of his locations, like what's around him that we could find him. He just continued to scream over the phone and hung.
We did finally find him at his location, which was on a side road that had was one way near what may be an airport hanger, it was like a location where semi-trucks were delivering to a warehouse or something. As I was pulling up he was screaming at me saying he was going to call the cops on me that the car was stolen and he wanted to see my driver's license. I replied that my license was in our luggage and I needed to get it out in order to give it to him. Reza popped the trunk and I was able to get one luggage piece out of the trunk when Reza started to speed off. When he did so my hand was still on the handle of the vehicle and my arm was pulled a bit and my fingernail a bit ripped off. (My shoulder is now sore from the incident.) I yelled after Reza and started to go run after the car. After a couple of minutes he pulled back around, as it doesn't seem he could get out the way he went. He came speeding towards me, ran our luggage bag over and almost ran his vehicle straight towards me!!! I was flailing my arms because I honestly thought he was going to run me over, he barely swerved to miss me. As this happened my wife was driving by to pick me up, because she was dropping off our family at the airport for their flight. I was standing there on the side of the road. After a few minutes he came speeding back and basically threw the luggage out of the car. And it was confrontational and uncomfortable between us. It was very hostile and we are beyond concerned and upset by the whole situation. There was no trying to having any rational, meaningful conversation with this man, he was out of control.
Immediately after this had happened my wife called Turo to tell them about the situation while I called the police. By the time the police had arrived and took the report we got to the airport and completely missed our flight. We were rebooked on a flight that had two connecting layovers and wouldn't get us home until almost 12 hours later than our original flight.
We are appalled with the the experience we had with Raza. He was irate and out of control. From the very first phone call we had with him on Monday afternoon he was very rude and upset however, we were in contact with him throughout the rest of the day trying the best to communicate. We have never experienced anything like this before and are extremely concerned by this. This man should not be providing any type of service to any customers, he seems very dangerous, unorganized and not at all responsible for a service in this manner. We will be in ongoing contact with the police as I am pressing charges. I do not want this to happen to anyone else.

The Airport pickup and drop off was very easy and convenient. The car was clean and drove fine, great gas milage as well. Would recommend to a friend.
