The Turo LAX lot is located behind the Custom Hotel at 8639 Lincoln Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90045. Once you have arrived at the Custom Hotel, proceed towards the back of the property to the parking spaces labeled "Valet Only"; signs marked “Turo” will guide you upstairs to a Valet attendant.
-If you are picking up a vehicle, simply walk to the top level of the parking lot where a Turo employee will be able to assist
-If you are dropping off a vehicle, drive up the parking lot ramp and a Turo employee will be there to open the gate

Please request your ride (you can use Lyft, Uber or Taxi) to the Custom Hotel at 8639 Lincoln Blvd.
Turo will reimburse you the full amount of your ride up to $20 as long as you provide a valid receipt.

Jonathan and the car are equally amazing! This car really made me feel at home and my vacation spectacular. I decided to stay a few more days last minute and Jonathan was very flexible and immediately responsive. The car was in good condition and well cared for. 5 Stars all the way! I look forward to renting from him again in the future.
Jonathan was professional, his car beautiful, and the pick up/drop off through the Turo LAX valet service worked well (though the offsite shuttle only runs every 45 minutes, so took more time/planning than hoped or anticipated).
What brought it down from a 5 star was this...
One, it wasn't full of fuel. A minor thing - and one only has to bring it back as full as they took it. But let's face it, aside from leaving a key in and/or trying to guess how much fuel to put back in, you always end up bringing it back with more fuel than you left with. And though I mentioned this to Jonathan, there wasn't anything in the way of compensation for the extra 1/4 tank of fuel I "donated".
Two, and the bigger thing, the air-conditioner didn't work. Though the compressor did, the touch screen that directs the air through the vents didn't work, and the air only came through the front window defroster. As a result the rear passengers were uncomfortably warm (it was 95 while we were there), and it precluded us from taking a drive up the coast, because it was too hot. So for all intents and purposes the air conditioning wasn't working.
Again, though I asked for something to be done, there was no real offer of compensation from Jonathan (other than $25 off next time I visit… which could be years from now).
Would I rent from Jonathan again - sure. But I would make sure the A/C was working and ask for a full tank of fuel.
This is an amazing car! Even the fuel consumption is not an issue (if you treat the throttle gently of course). Is very comfortable and spacious, also the pick up and drop off from LAX is not exactly located at the airport, but is not a big deal if you follow the instructions.
Jonathan's Ghibli was awesome. I would most definitely rent again his car on my next trip to LA. The car is excellent and Jonathan cleaned the vehicle b4 he dropped it off to the turo lot for me. I highly recommend renting from Jonathan for all your rental needs. He has great deals and awesome selection of cars. Thank you Jonathan. I look forward to renting again from you in the future.
5 STARS. Incredible experience renting Jonathan's Maserati! The pick up and drop off were seamless. The rate was incredible. The car was incredible. The car's gas mileage was incredible. The car still had the dealer plates. I needed a luxury vehicle for my real estate business in Beverly Hills and Jonathan's Maserati checked all my boxes perfectly. Likewise, Turo's customer service was 5 stars!

Great clean car, made the whole process easy for me as a first time user. Communication was a breeze with quick responses. Even helped me out by collecting the car from the hotel. Will definitely use again!
