Michael was excellent to deal with. Answered all communications very quickly. My flight was 2.5 hours late, and Michael handled the inconvenience in a professional and beyond accommodating manner. My issues were with the car. Specifically, one wheel only had 3 out of 5 lug nuts holding it on and airbag service light was on the entire time. If car gets fixed i withhold absolutely give a 5 star rating.
This rental was the very worst we have EVER experienced. The vehicle was filthy, smelled of 2nd hand smoke, tail lights didn't work, shimmied at 50 mph, FOB didn't work. I returned it the next morning and have been getting the runaround on a credit on my visa for 2 weeks and now they say I have to deal with the owner of the vehicle not Turo! This company is HORRIBLE!!! The worst service in 30 years of renting cars.

This was my first experience with Turo, and it was very good. We rented a 2012 Chevy Malibu. The car was clean and drove well.
I was met at airport to pick up my car and to return it. I called when I landed, and Michael was there in a timely. For the return, I told Michael the time that I would be at the airport. He was there in a timely manner.
Michael was great. I would recommend Michael (and Turo) to anybody traveling to Phoenix.
