Everything about our experience with Mark was OUTSTANDING!! This car was so fun to drive and turned heads wherever we went! This was our first experience with TURO and I don’t think we will ever vacation in a basic rental car ever again. Pickup and Drop off was easy and Mark accommodated our schedule perfectly. I just discovered Turo Because rental cars were so expensive in March in Phoenix. I rented a car from Kevin for less than half the price of what it would cost me through a rental car agency. He pick me up at the airport with a clean car that ran perfect and everything was what I would’ve expected.

They were they best people I’ve rented a car from! They made sure you had everything you need including car chargers, the car was super clean and in perfect condition, and they even gave me a list of car washes that they had a pass for so that I could wash it for free! I rented for a week and they were super accommodating and even delivered the car to me. Highly recommended, I’ll definitely rent from them again!

Kathryn was very prompt in all her communication and her car was great. Lots of fun to drive and super cute. The pickup location was easy to find and in a low traffic area. This was my first experience with Turo and Liah couldn't have made it much more smooth. Our flight was delayed into Phoenix but Liah was very accommodating and flexible about the car pickup. Liah was a good communicator and answered my questions quickly. The car was very clean when we picked it up and we were very grateful for that. Adolfo from the company even gave us a ride to the airport the night we left. We will definitely rent from Liah again when we return to Phoenix.

Rick is wonderful! I've never heard of this app until a recent Google search after being met with ridiculous demands by enterprise, hertz, etc. This guy made renting a car simple and even gave me his new baby with 41 miles on it. Everything went well! Additionally I should say that I needed to keep the car for a few extra days but couldn't cuz somebody else has it reserved HOWEVER this dude offered too rent me good other vehicle at the same price (also new) and even met me in Chandler to swap! AAAAANNNNND, covered my gas! Id recommend him to anyone... Thx Rick!

I have only used this app twice as we've always had our own vehicles. We tried it and rented the F-150 and it was so amazing! He dropped it off and picked it up, and stayed in constant contact with us. The truck was in mint condition and so spacious with our little ones in tow... We had to extend our trip and Jack was amazingly flexible, it made a very tough day just that much less stressful!!!! I definitely would recommend making trips through him. Thanks again! mmms

Patrick is the man. My girlfriend and I needed a car on short demand, and he went out of his way to make sure it was available quicker than the apps necessary wait time. The car was super clean, had a full tank of gas, and gave me complete security.
On top of that, Patrick and his wife were incredibly kind, and even offered us a ride to my car at the shop when we returned the vehicle. I will certainly go back to Patrick the next time I need a ride.
