<p>We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, all-around marketer to own Turo’s host marketing strategies, including supply growth, host quality, and merchandising. The ideal candidate has an endless appetite for data and has a proven track record of delivering quantifiable results at scale. S/he is obsessed with customer feedback and is motivated by continuously improving customer experiences. S/he is an excellent communicator who thrives in getting things done through cross-functional collaboration.</p> <p>Got it? Perfect, we like you already. Let’s talk specifics:</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the vision for and execution of all host marketing initiatives at Turo</li> <li>Partner with the Acquisition team to develop, execute, measure, and optimize host acquisition initiatives</li> <li>Dive into customer data to determine optimal balance of supply and demand by market, and utilize these insights to develop host acquisition strategies</li> <li>Effectively communicate supply growth strategy, objectives, and performance across the company</li> <li>Partner closely with Product to develop a comprehensive plan for elevating host quality, including onboarding, education, engagement, and merchandising</li> <li>Work cross-functionally (i.e. Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations) to develop programs for various “tiers” of hosts that utilize both carrots &amp; sticks to drive host quality</li> <li>Maintain strong relations with the host community and represent the voice of hosts within the company</li> <li>Manage a growing team of marketers specialized in supply growth and community management</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, management consulting and/or related fields</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work well across teams, functions and geographies with high autonomy and little guidance</li> <li>Strong leadership skills with successful track record of hiring, training, managing, and mentoring high performing team members</li> <li>Experience using data to drive business results</li> <li>Proficiency with Excel</li> <li>Experience with relational databases and/or SQL is preferred</li> <li>Experience in performance marketing is preferred</li> <li>Experience working in rapid growth environment that requires flexibility and continuous innovation</li> <li>Excellent organizational and project management skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and meaningful equity</li> <li>Employer paid medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>Apple equipment</li> <li>Four weeks paid time off, 11 paid holidays, volunteer time off, parental leave</li> <li>Weekly catered lunch</li> <li>Company-sponsored happy hours and team events</li> <li>Turo host earnings matching and vehicle reimbursement program</li> <li>Turo travel credit every month</li> </ul> <p>We're an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
